War Horse (~on hiatus~)

Chapter: 3

Liinas point of view:
It has already been few weeks with Remix. And yes I gave him the name Remix because he seems to be perfect in everything. Was it running or jumping. I also noticed he had white ankle on his right front leg. He didn't really like people first but when they get to know each other he will be okay with it.
"I don't understand what the man was talking about? You aren't crazy at all" I laughed myself watching Remix eating on the field.
"You are just you how that makes you crazy huh?"
"Liina come here now!" I heard my dad yelling from the door.
"Coming!" I started to walk where my dad is.
"Yes?" I asked him.
"Go get Remix"
"Why?"
"Your brother needs him"
"But why?"
"Go get him then I will tell you"
"Fine" I went to get Remix from the field.
When I got back where my dad was I saw my brother standing next to him. Suddenly my brother took Remixs halter rope from my hand and started to take him away. "Wait what are you doing?" I asked Tom shocked because of his doings.
"Im sorry Liina" he said and walked away with Remix. "What?"
"You know about the up coming war don't you?"
I nodded.
"They want your brother to accompany them in the war"
"Okay? But what does it have to do with Remix?" I asked.
"Your brother is going to be horseman. And only strong horse that we know is Remix so he is going to ride with him in the there"
"What? No! Remix isn't going anywhere!" I yelled to my dad.
"He has to to-"
"No!"
"I promise he will come back soon"
"Are you sure about it? What if something happens? No one has ever ride with Remix besides me" I pointed out.
My dad just looked dissapointed but what can I do? It might be more dangerous for my brother to ride Remix then the actual war.
"When they will leave?" I asked finally giving up.
"This evening." Before I could answer he continued
"He will be fine. He will be back before you notice. I promise"
I just stayed quiet and nodded looking down at the ground.

"Liina come say goodbye to Tom and Remix"
I run out when I heard they are leaving.
"Bye Tom. Come back safely with Remix" I told him.
"I will don't worry" Tom said and I hugged him.
I went to Remix and pet his equine.
"I won't say goodbye because we will meet again. And you will come back to me right?" as I kept my forehead on his.
And with that I hugged Remix. Tom get to Remix's back and started to head away.
"Bye" Tom said before turning away.
"Bye" we said with dad in unison.
My dad went inside already but I stayed to watch them leaving until I didn't see them anymore.
