This quotes means a lot to me. I love singing, but when it comes to showing people my passion & my voice... I can never do it! I am scared to be judged, I am terrified of doing EVERYTHING I've worked to hard for, to be ruined. This quote is literally the meaning of life!! Each and everyone one of us have fears. When people say they are 'fearless' it's not true because they know deep inside that they are terrified of something. A few months ago I had a presentation to do on my passion & I had picked music. One day while I was practicing my speech & trying to figure out what to show for my visual aid, my mom came in my room & sat down on my bed with me. These were the exact words she said to me ' Honey, I believe in you & I believe that you can show everyone in class that your passion isn't just a dream you have, but a dream that you WILL make come true in the future'.My mother showed me this quote and left it right by my side on the bed. The next day I went to class, I presented my speech, & I grew a pair! I faced my fear of singing in front of of an audience & I sang my heart out that day! After I was done singing the whole class cheered for me & I literally felt like crying! Facing our fears at first may scare the hell out of us, but once you face it you feel great! You stop feeling so stressed and you feel relief all over your body. As if piles of bricks are lifted of your shoulders! My head still has fears here and there, but every time I face a fear, my head has more & more space for my dreams & what's truly important in life. This is what the quote really means. It is l exactly what it says, ' a head full of fears has no space for dreams' . That is life.
