Today I start a new school. I'm so nervous. The reason I had to change schools and move was because my dad got a better job so we had to move to a place called Hawkins.

It doesn't seem so bad so far. The areas are pretty nice and it's beautiful. Let's just hope some kids at my new school are nice.

I decided to text my friend (f/n) from my old school

(y/n)🌺🔥: hey girl
(f/n) 🐳🔥: hey!
(y/n)🌺🔥: dood I'm so nervous to go to my new school
(f/n)🐳🔥: you'll be fine! but if there's a cute boy there, take em.
(y/n)🌺🔥: omg. there might not even be any cute boys.
(f/n)🐳🔥: oml. anyway, I have to go to school. ttyl! 💕

And with that I said bye, and started heading out of my new home. Before I walked out the door I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I looked good. My outfit was cute I checked my hair and makeup and everything seemed good.

So I walked out and went to start my day, at a new school, with completely different people. We can only hope this goes well.

I walked through the doors of Hawkins Middle School.

Okay. Calm yourself (y/n). You'll be fine. I thought to myself.

But I was taken away from my thoughts by the sound of the bell ringing. I shake my head and try to find the office.

Once I got to the office, they gave me my schedule and my locker number and combination.

I go to my first class, which I am obviously late too.

I walk into the classroom and everyone turns their eyes towards me. The teacher stops her lecture and comes over to me and says "Hello! You must be (y/n)! The new student! Guys, this is (y/n). Make her feel welcome on her first day! (y/n) you can go sit by..." she scans the room to find a seat. "Finn. Raise your hand so she knows who you are." A boy, who has his feet on the desk, raises his hand

Wow. That boy sure is cute.

I walk over the seat and sat down. The teacher starts her lecture again. I don't really care much about what she is saying so I just kind of stare off into space.

After her lecture, she tells us we can have time to talk and do whatever we want. I start to get a book out and read.

"Hello. I'm Finn. Finn Wolfhard. And you are...?"

I look up at him and stare into his eyes. He sure does have some good looking eyes.

"(y/n). (y/n) (l/n)."

"That's a pretty name." He winked. Oh god. I might die right now.

"U-um. Thanks"

"Your welcome, gorgeous." I blushed and before I could say anything else, the bell rang.

Finn stood up and whispered in my ear "Sit with me and my friends at lunch, gorgeous" I simple nodded my head and with that he walked out.

Today is gonna be a good day.

Oh geez. First chapter is done! I'm sorry if this sucks 😂 I'm going to try to update as much as I can but it might take a while because I have really big tests to take so I probs won't be able to update a lot but summer starts for me in a couple of weeks so yay. Anyways, hope our enjoyed 😂💕
