Rory was a vicious and ignorant djinn, he was also harmless aside from his awful humor. That was the worst of him, by far.
Many creatures hated being bothered during their daily lives when he decided to goof around. He always brought along Zeke, his simple, but intelligent shape-shifting friend.

They both ran into one problem after another everywhere they went. Rory couldn't help it, that's just how he was, his excuse, anyways.
The only other person they knew, that, well, didn't totally hate, was Cierra. She wasn't anything special, an outcast like the two boys. She was considered a wrong fairy, half good half bad, but boy, she lived up to her name. Not only was she confusing, but she was clumsier than a baby giraffe.
She came around once in a while, mainly when they needed help with something they screwed up. Severely.
The thing was, the ginger, curly-haired Zeke, was an embarrassment to his family. Considering he couldn't shift into anything, he was "useless".

Rory wasn't evil like livid his family; his charms didn't make up for it, either, though he was adorable.
While Zeke was blessed with stunning green eyes.. Rory had sapphire blue gems with white hair, the color of his extremely pale skin wasn't blue like his family's, it was white, like snow.
An interesting specimen..

"Gah-" Rory yelped and clutched his sides, his knees buckling, sending him falling to the ground. Zeke dove and caught him before he fell, "Rawrs, don't do that.. you're getting weak. You can't be out in the sun this long."
The ginger boy scooped him up with a groan, he was scrawny as all hell while Rory was a little more "built" than he happened to be. He wheezed and dragged his friend back to the cave, their den that they made together.

Rory whined until they got home, squirmed and fidgeted. Zeke set him on the bed, it was so nicely made up for the next person to use.
"Shh, it's okay." Zeke whispered under his breath, pulling off Rory's shirt like he usually did when he got overheated and 'helpless' like he was now. They'd been friends since birth, practically, he always took care of his life long buddy. There was absolutely nothing that could separate them, it was impossible, even though they bickered constantly.

Zeke's P.O.V~

Rory's my best friend, yes, I admire him a lot. I can't avoid it. I think about him like a brother, well.. sort of..
I brushed my hands across his soft body, touching his sides and shoulders. "Where does it hurt?"
"T-there." Rory said, now moving again.
"Not so much wiggling," I comment, examining his limbs. "Alright, Cierra can fix this in no time." I add hopefully, phoning her right away, I hear Rory mumbling angrily.

"Why the hell are you calling her so much lately? It's never just us anymore. Everytime I get like this.."
His voice trails off as he fights his drooping lids, slurring, "Mm-never.. mind.."
I dart to the door and grab Cierra's tiny bag, "You've got it, right?" A sharp shiver shook my body. What an odd outfit she had on today.

"Of course." she replied kindly and pulled out a little bucket of tea grains, setting it in my palms. She knew it's what I wanted, it was the third time I asked for it. "And hey, I need my bag back!"

I grabbed a small pouch and stuffed it with raspberries, ruffling her hair. "Okay, okay.. thanks Cierra."
Cierra laughed, "That's what I thought.
Good luck, though, and thanks for the snacks."
The little fairy slipped through the cracks of the door.

Time to make his drink, I suppose.
How to make Rory's Tea :

Step one, grab a pot. Then, add COLD water instead of hot.
Step two, get cinnamon, mint leaves, one tea bag and pepper.
Step three--oh, and don't forget parsley.
Step four.. mix thoroughly, taste, and warm it up, but just slightly or he gets pissed off. (Imagine that)
After that nonsense, you serve it to him like he's some prince!
Can you believe that I do this every two weeks?!

"Rory, you feeling better?"
"Suree, let's go with that!" He snapped sarcastically.

"Oh hush up," I roll my eyes in response. I spoiled him too much, we were about three years apart in age, and that's probably why he acted so immature. "Here's the tea. She just came by, you didn't even see her. So stop complaining about Cierra already. She saves your ass a lot."
Rory scoffed and grabbed the cup.
"Wake me up later."

I sighed at his order and waited until he fell asleep.
