Liam was hiding. Hiding his emotions. Hiding his secrets. And hiding the fact that he was struggling.

Louis had been going through a lot. Depression they thought. He was suicidal and had tried to take his life numerous times. He had everyone supporting him as he went to the psychologists they recommended. But that meant that Louis was their main focus. No one noticed that Liam was struggling with a battle of his own with no one to cover him. He was in it alone. Fighting the lingering thought of death that wanted to whisk him away forever. He wasn't that dum. Yes he had thought it but he was mature enough to not do it. At least that's what he told himself.

"everyone needs to be extra nice to Louis today. Give him lots of hugs" Zayn made sure everyone heard that one. He was probably the most protective believe it or not. Although he and Louis were very close. Zayn was still protective over him.

"don't worry Zayn. He'll get plenty of love!" Harry was probably the most oblivious to Liam's situation. Louis and Zayn were the ones he usually turned to and rarely did he talk to Harry about his problems. The youngest had enough on his plate and was too innocent to bear witness to all of this.

As soon as Louis walked through the door everyone was up and out of their seats gushing over him. But Liam stayed back. He knew Louis and knew he didn't like the attention do e waited until louis came over himself ad bearded his face into Liam's chest. Liam instinctively brought his arms around Louis and have him a tight squeeze

"you alright boo?" Louis looked up at him giving a faint smile

"yeh I'm alright"

For days it continued and those days turned into weeks and soon enough it had been a month. Nothing had changed except for the fact that Liam was going crazy. Mentally.

"hey guys. Louis' having a good week so nobody bring anything up. Okay?" everyone nodded except Liam who shrugged. He was caught up in his own thoughts

"Hey Boo How are-" Liam drowned the sound of his band mates out focusing on his thoughts

Liam gritted his teeth and banged his fist against his head. Before he knew it people were crowding him smothering him with questions.

Liam felt his chest begin to tighten and his breath taken away from him. Drifting in and out of consciousness liam listened I the commotion going on around him.

"Li, Liam. Can you hear me. Guys he's having a panic attack. Back off!" Liam recognized the voice to be louis'

"Liam I need you to focus on my breathing okay. Calm down and follow it. Okay?" Liam barely nodded at Louis' words. Eyes squeezed shut he listened to Louis' breathing and followed in

Slowly his sense came back to him. He opened his eyes to see Louis there with no one accompanying him.

"are you alright Li?" Liam choked on his words before stuttering out

"n-no"

"let it out love. It's alright" Louis coaxed liam into sharing his thoughts

"I just, everything. I feel like I can't control anything. I feel like I shouldn't be here" Louis' eyes widened at retaliation that Liam the so called strong one of the group was struggling

Louis brought his arms around Liam.

"you know that's not right. Do you?"

"yeah. I'm alright" before Liam knew three more arms wrapped. Themselves around him

"are you sure?" Liam knew he would be alright with his four lovers

"Yeh, I'm sure"

I'm really sorry that this is so late. And short. I've just often back into writing. Hopefully there will be more to come:)
