chapter 10

Aira's pov

Where are my parents? Why are they not home yet?

After I finished showering, I wore a black sweatpants and white thin baggy hoodie which has cat ears on the hood. It's one of my favourite hoodie because it's comfortable and cute. Then, I blowdry my hair and let it fall down my back.

Taking my phone, I jogged downstairs and stopped at the last step to peek at them. Minhyuk was giggling at the funny faces Taehyung made. Then, he picked Minhyuk up and held him up in the air making Minhyuk look like a superman. Minhyuk arches his back and giggles, feeling excited. His giggles was adorable. While Minguk would laugh here and there as he played with Taehyung's phone.

A smile spread on my face seeing them together like that. My heart warms up to the view before me. Taehyung is so good with kids. He'd make a good husband.

Why am I even thinking about this?

"Are you guys ready?" I went from behind the wall and strolled towards them, smiling.

"Noona! Yes!" Minguk suddenly stood from his seat and clapped his hands together as he moved to sit infront of the television.

"Minguk, come sit here." I said, patting at the space next to Taehyung who was holding Minhyuk on his lap.

"I wanna sit here, noona." He pouted.

I bite my lips, "...okay okay,"

"I'll go prepare our food and drinks first. Tae.. do you mind setting up the television?" I asked while I pinched on Minhyuk's cheek.

"Ooh it's not me this time." He breathed out in relief.

"Hmm?"

"Nothing. I'll go set up the tv."

I furrowed my eyebrows at him and nodded slowly, "Okay.."

Then, I went to the kitchen and get Sprite and water from the refrigerator. I tiptoed at the high cabinet to get a packet of already made popcorn and some other snacks for us. I also got a packet of marshmallow for Minguk. After getting what I can bring in my hands, I brought it back to the living room and placed it on the table.

Taehyung then came in the kitchen to help me get the remaining foods and we get back to the living room. As everyone have settled down, I switched off the lights.

"Everyone ready?"

"Ready!"

We sat in silence as the movie played. The movie showed about Moana when she was little until she grew up. I hummed to the song, getting slightly excited too. Minguk sang along to it. Taehyung too. I couldn't help but chuckled. Moana is so cute. She must be the prettiest character I've ever seen.

We all laughed when the silly bird ate the rock and when Moana tried to cover him up saying he's not completely stupid. I find that funny.

The part came where it was about Moana attempting to go over the sea. I mean, she was right. If they don't go over the sea, then how are they gonna live? Night came where she and her grandmother went to the cave and she went inside to explore about the real them.

Yet again, we laughed when Moana ran out to tell her grandmother but she was too excited that she ran too far from her grandma.

Minguk crawled to where we sat between me and Taehyung when Moana's dad scolded her and the scene suddenly turned dark and emotional. A bad news came about her grandmother dying.
