Incase I ever get attacked, I started taking karate lessons and...guess who so happened to be there? You know who. Austin and Blake, as usual.
“I am doing this right?” Jean asks her Karate instructor, her foot above the hard wooden board around a foot above it instead of it being higher.
“Too low.” Austin said, but more teasingly.
“Yes, don’t mind him.” The Karate instructor told her, scolding the man like a child. “He’s fresh as a grasshopper.’
Confident as ever, She begins to hit the square object
“Hiiiii yah!” She said, her foot hits the board and does not break the object at all. “Ouch!”
Jean hopps holding her bruised foot, she looks to her instructor.
Hitting a board using my foot, I will never do again.
“I had that exact problem, mine was having my foot too low.” Blake adds, laughing at her obvious mistake.
“I learned my lesson Karate after I was thirteen.” Austin said, crossing his arms as everyone looks at the man who was there. “What? Some of my education comes from experiencing it.”
“Defense lessons?” She nervously said, her smile is shabby and in pain.
“It will work for you, Outta box.” He said, giving a new nickname to the woman who had a white shirt and a belt symbolizing grasshopper(green). “You remind me of some fictional character..I don’t remember who.”
“Probably uh...What was the bird's name again?” Blake said, trying to remember the bird who has a dislike to Bugs Bunny.
“Daffy Duck.” Austin said, laughing at first and tried to remember if Jean did have a slight resemblance to any other cartoon characters. “He’s hilarious, however, I think she is a Prime character.”
“The wise truck one?” Blake asked, oblivious to the fact Jean is sitting down in between one.
“Are you talking about the one from CARS?” Jean asked, looking at them both.
“She doesn’t watch Transformers.” Austin said, explaining in a short sentence that she never ever had watched any alien movies in her entire life. The other men in the line bursted out laughing at this funny coincidence, Jean is a out of a box thinker and optimistic person.
“Transformers?” Jean said, tilting her head. “Do you mean the light gray things on the telephone poles?”
“Nah.” One of the men said, shaking his head. “They are gigantic things that can transform into vehicles, animals, or insects. Of course. Go into the wikipedia, DeviantArt, or ask a local Transfan about them.”
“They go really crazy if you haven’t seen at least one Transformer series.” Another man adds, going to the Karate instructor.
“What are you talking about?” Jean asks, her mind wandering lost in translation. “I Ain't that out of the box boys.”
The entire class broke out laughing, except the Karate instructor who picks up the board and held it in front of himself.
“Now hit the board.” The Karate instructor said, holding the board.
“With what?” The man asks, confused,
What comes around, goes around. Jean thought to herself, a satisfied smile on her face.
