Taehyung's P.O.V
"Yah, Taehyung-ah" I suddenly woke up from my thoughts when i heard my bestfriend Jimin calling me.
"Hmm?"
"Are you even listening to me?" rather than answering him I remained silent.
"Kim Taehyung if you don't talk to me right now, I will f*cking kill you" I chuckled when he said that
"Before you do that, I'll make sure to kill you first" i said then i pinched his cheeks and gave him my rectangled smile.
I heard him chuckled.
"I'm hungry. Let's go get some food" He said then pulled me like there's no tommorow.
While we were walking towards the canteen. I spotted a boy and a girl making out. I couldn't see what the boy and the girl looks like but they pretty sure gained some of the people's attention.
"You know what Taetae, it's not bad to meet new people" I suddenly stopped eating and looked at him.
"I know, but i can't do it right now, just give me some time" I continued eating after saying that
I heard him sighed.
Jimin's P.O.V
I want the old Taehyung back.
The Taehyung who is friendly.
The Taehyung who is talkative.
The Taehyung who always smile even if there's a problem.
The Taehyung who always makes me laugh.
The Taehyung who is cheerful.
But something bad happened.
A situation that makes him who he is right now.
It's been a month since his parents died because of a car accident. He was there at the accident too. And now he had an illness that makes his life shorter than before.
I promise to myself that I will make him happy in his remaining time in this world.
"Jimin-ah, are you crying?" When i heard him say that, I realized that there were tears rolling down from my eyes.
I felt Taehyung's hand brushing the tears away and then he hugged me.
"Don't cry" I cried hard when he said that.
"Taehyung-ah"
He hummed as an answer.
"Promise me one thing" He then pulled away from the hug and looked into my eyes.
"And what would that be?" He asked.
"Promise me that you won't leave me" He chuckled softly. It's like music to my ears.
"Are you crazy? Of course i won't leave you, i never will. You're my one and only bestfriend after all." He then pulled me into another hug.
I hope he won't break his promise.
