"Resound, Charm Bell!"

The ringing of the bell rang in her ears.

"I hate it when other people just pull me down by surprise! If only I could, I would've been the one to be the Leader. But then I feel like I'm ashamed to lead, because that Iris is surpassing me!"

"I used to be the apple of everyone's eyes! She had to come along!"

"Ugh, I hate it! I hate her!"

(Meanwhile...)

"There. You look gorgeous now."

"How in the world do you do all this, Kazue? I'm the girl here, but you're better off with doing makeovers than me..." I sweat-dropped.

"Like what Agnes always told me, 'Makeovers are like painting on a canvas. Plus, I repeat, she spoiled me and apparently taught me how to be a lady and all that crap. She basically needs to look good even on days with no school. And since there is no school today..."

"Makeup is apparently allowed." I finished his sentence.

"Be honest, when you put on her lipstick you wanted to kiss her..." I smirked.

Both blushed.

"Hey, shut up!" He denied.

"Whatever. Anyway, since all that's over, let's get outta my house and chill in our favorite place in the whole world." I said.

"Let's take a break and talk things through. We don't have to keep going there every single day." Kazue said.

"I agree." Maiko said.

"So, how's preparations for your sister and Lucas?" I asked.

"Well, nothing's been said yet. But then Celine and I have been accustomed to Lucas now. It's like he's not actually hard to accept as a brother-in-law." He said.

"Aw, I'm just excited on your future nephew or neice." Maiko laughed.

"Haha, that's a bit too early to think of. But I wish my sister would have a little boy to finally add to the family." Kazue envisioned.

"You're basically sick of girls in the family." I said.

"Yeah, but at least me and my sisters have a good relationship, but we don't play much, because we have big age gaps." He said.

"Hey, Maiko." I said.

"Yeah?"

"No hard feelings but, have you ever had personal feelings for someone?" I asked.

"Um, only non-PriPara celebrities that I see on TV. I find some cute and all. But in real life, no. No I haven't. Studies first." She said.

She and I high-fived.

"Agree." I nodded.

"Wow, are you trying to say that I'm not taking my studies seriously just because I had a crush on Maiko?" Kazue said.

"WOW, we aren't even planning to bring that up." I said.

"Tch, defensive much." Maiko scoffed.

"Owwww, it hurts, right Kazue?" I teased, putting a hand to my chest, pretending to have a 'heartache'.

"Meanies." He pouted.

After all that, we took to the park.
