If there's one movie in my top ten's list, it would be "Labyrinth." The music is entrancing, the set was amazing, the story was classic, and Jennifer Connelly was a naturally gifted actress.

I absolutely love "Labyrinth." No wonder it's a cult classic

(I've always wished to be in a movie like it, but I know that's never going to happen.)

Well, now it's time to explain this art.

I was just sitting around the temple, doing nothing in particular. Luckily, Amber had gotten over her whole freak-out over her Pity Party request. Geez, that Amber can be... anyway, I had done what I could for the time on my Corruption studies, and I needed a break.

I decided, I wanted to draw. And, since I had been listening to the "Labyrinth" soundtrack like the nerd I am, I wanted to make fan art. Once my pen got started, the drawing just flowed into picture. I made a few mistakes along the way, but nothing I couldn't cover up. (mostly.)

You have to be careful, making ink drawings without pencil guidelines. One mistake would ruin the whole picture. I'm not a fan of white-out.

Anyway, as you can see, this is a drawing of Sarah in her ball gown. I did the head and hair by memory, thus the earring is wrong. I had to look up a picture of Sarah's dress, though, to do that part.

I'm actually pretty happy with how this turned out. My favorite part is Sarah's hand. I usually don't have trouble with hands, but everybody has those days... Luckily, I worked the hand out, and I think it looks nice.

The one thing I regret is the fact that I'm not sure the face looks like Jennifer Connelly's.
