Thalia’s P.O.V-
I strode down to the big house, past my tree, past the crowds of onlookers all gaping at me. I knew that I looked bad but did they really have to stare? It has been only two days since I had left the hunt. As I walked past the Hermes cabin I saw two demigods start pointing and whispering about me, “Zeus’……looks terrible….Lieutenant of the hunt….” I caught snatches of their conversation, then the one on the left, a girl with frizzy brown hair and blue eyes; an ex hunter named Catherine, said “my friend Yoshinȏ (Japanese name chosen by a friend) told me that they kicked her out of the hunters.” I bit my lip and hung my head in shame, when others began to whisper too I ran up into the big house. A normal walk had turned into a walk of shame.
When I got into the main room, after bashing the door down using wind, everyone suddenly stopped talking and all sat staring at me with their mouths agape. “Well?” I growled aggressively, “don’t let me stop this important talk.” It was my brother first, I would’ve thought that Annie would be the first to start asking questions, “Thalia, what’s wrong? Where’s your circlet?” Asked Jason curiously, Percy stared at me in concern and Annie was furiously whispering something to Piper. “What happened Thalia?” she asked, her voice was so pretty, it made me want to do whatever she said. Dam Charm speakers! I internally screamed, I tried to resist but her voice was so powerful.....I burst into tears, humiliated, ashamed sad, betrayed, angry. I gave in to the charm speak and the words tumbled out of my mouth like a waterfall, “L-L-Lady Artemis, she caught me th-thinking about L-L-Luke,” more tears, “sh-she said that I-I couldn’t th-think with love about any man. As a hunter and that I was a s-s-stupid girl, she said that I had broken my oath and she would give me one last chance. She told me to stop loving Luke and to swear on the river Styx” there were gasps of horror from Hazel and Piper, Percy and Nico drew their swords and Annabeth had to hold Percy back. My two cousins looked like they wanted to stab Artemis with her own hunting knives in the head, however, whereas Percy was being restrained by Annabeth, Nico had shadow travelled away, I hope for his sake he couldn’t find her."Now what was the meeting about?" I asked curiously, Chiron sighed, "as you all know well, the Giant War has recently come to an end, we have reason to suspect that some of the monsters have evaded capture and are still out there plotting revenge. We would like the seven, with Nico and Thalia, to travel the world and find all theese monsters before they rebel and cause havoc." just thenn Nico appeared looking sweaty and covered in icor, he already knew the plan by the looks of it. "lets just go to the oracle before I get turned into a Dear." he said angrily.
