Star

I found a single star as the darkness covered the sky. It twinkled brightly, calling my attention at its sight. I wondered if this star can see me too, given that there are billions of people in this world. I am nothing but a normal girl and compared to others and that star, I’m not bright or wonderful to get other’s attention. The thought depressed me and somehow I fell asleep. In my dreams the star turned into a girl and talked to me.

“Don’t think of such depressing things. Every person are as bright as the stars at night! There are just times there are too far that others can’t see their brightness but notice the other stars that was near. There are also times that clouds hides this brightness. But believe! You are brilliant and wonderful that people will someday notice your brightness! Just wait for your time and continue to smile!”
