THE WAY I HAVE TO ASK YOU IS THIS LOVE?

THE SUN HIT HER FACE causing her to wince in annoyance, even if she was used to the sun hitting her face multiple times when she was in bed with yet another stranger each time felt like the pits of hell. The familiar feeling of defeat and belittlement didn't overcome her when she woke up. The bruises that decorated her dark skin didn't glisten in the sunlight. The anxiety and fear of climbing out of bed to make her escape didn't tense up her body. Where was she? She couldn't have been in a cheap hotel. The smell of freshly brewed coffee hit her nostrils and she knew that this was particularly different than her usual clients.

She was used to the cheap booze smell or scent of urine that cheap and broke down motels had. Her skimpy skirt and tight shirt still was on her body, her shoes and purse was neatly placed next to the bed. This was weird. She had to get out of here. She grabbed her shoes and her purse and decided to just get the hell out of the mysterious home. Her bare feet creaked against the wooden floors.

Eleanor stop making so much noise.

The front door was right there. She could reach that. Easy as cake. The sound of rustling in the kitchen was heard and her heart was beating so fast. She could hear her jacked up phone in her purse vibrating as she attempted to tip toe pass the kitchen. However, the figure in the kitchen caused her to drop her belongings on the floor in shock.

"Frank?"

i'm super excited to write this story since i'll be able to write about the discrimination of black women in the army. even if eleanor is a military attorney she still will deal with racism and sexism. i'm super excited to be writing this since frank castle is one of my favorite anti heroes in both dc and marvel alongside deadpool and red hood.
