The air held thick of snow, and casted a wide amount of coldness across the UpperWorld- HumanWorld. Walking through the snow covered sidewalk was Ben. Yep, none other then Ben Drown himself. He had been a mess for no reason, and no one could snap him out of it. Usually, killing innocent people to take out his emotions would work. However, he's killed 10 people in the last 2 hours and he still felt a deep sensation in his chest.

Ben took a sharp breath of the cold air, exhaling it to have it expand in somewhat thick mist. This signaled Ben his mistakes. He had only wore a green sweater and jeans, up holding a illusion on his skin of course( : you know the thingy that hides his true form to look like a human. ). Ben shivered and hurried his pace down the sidewalk, kicking at the snow as he went. He knew exactly where he was going, but he wasn't sure if his friend would be happy with him there. Sighing again, Ben's gaze danced off in the distance to see a building complex off to the side.
Jeff, Ben's friend, had been sent to the UpperWorld on a misson demanded by SlenderMan. However, even Ben knew that Jeff would be slacking off and having his 'fun' time with the mortals. Hell! It would be something he'd do. All of the creepypastas to would be down for it. They was killers after all, and killers are titled this for a reason. Ben stopped aburtly at one of the many metal, locked doors. 13, Ben recalled this number as he had forced his brain to remember it. He found Jeff's apartment, but yet he stood frozen- shivering every now and then from the harsh weather.
Should he? Ben knows Jeff is going to be mad at him, but it was worth a shot.... right?

Summoning up the best courage he could, Ben knocked three simple, loud thumps.

Few seconds- Nothing... Ben tapped his right foot in a slow beat, growing slightly irritated. He knocked again, but slightly louder. The taping of his foot increased as he took a deep breath. He stopped and laid his forehead on the even colder metal, known as the door.

" Jeff don't tell me your out stabbing people again," he muttered annoyingly to himself," I walked about a mile for this shit, dude." Ben took another shaky breath, now resting all his weight on his forehead and releaving his legs from stressing to much.

Just when Ben thought he was comfortable, the door was swung open. Ben stumbled to catch his balance, but only triped over his feet in the process. Luckily, the man who had opened the door caught the shorty in his arms. Ben slowly opened his eyes, to feel the heat in his face once he realized who's chest he's fallen into. Jeff stood shocked and worried for the elf blonde.

" Dude, what the fuck?" He asked with amusement plastered in his permanently scared lips. Ben pushed himself off and advoided Jeff's stare, stumbling on his words in embrassment.

" I-well, you know," Ben finally spoak words," tripped..?" Quickly, Ben shook his head and allowed his illusion to drop." Anyway, thanks," he commented. Jeff couldn't help but find Ben adorable. It could always just be how tall he is. It makes Ben look like a small doll, and Jeff usually don't like dolls.

" Yeah, whatever," Jeff shot blankly and rubbed the back of his neck," so why the hell you here so late?" He was a little upset that Ben didn't notify him about his appearance or just do his whorp through electronic thing.
Ben's eyes lit up, considering that they had been dim from the lack of sleep. He charged passed a very confused Jeff, and made it to the kicthen. Jeff's unblinking eyes followed Ben, and slowly closed the door that had been wide open the entire time. He locked it and made his way to the small kicthen. Just as he began to think, Ben was looking for the one thing that soothes all his problems: alcohol. Jeff seemed unimpressed at how Ben searched his fridge that held nothing but soda and a few snacks. The blonde turned around and looked up at Jeff with the biggest, pleading eyes. No, Jeff told himself that he would never hand Ben another beer in his days of living. However, the more Jeff stared into Ben's blessfull eyes, he gave in. Jeff sighed loudly and crossed his arms with a huff.
