"A-a what?!" She tried to stand, wanting to run, but she couldn't for she was in too much pain.
"You heard me.~" he leaned down and got closer to her. "Frightened, I see."
"I-I am not afraid of y-you!" She failed at attempting to act brave.
"You are stuttering. You are trying to run. Admit you are frightened.~"
Gracious didn't like to admit she was frightened, but she didn't have anything to argue about. So she slowly nodded. "I am indeed frightened.."
Ciel got a little closer. "Good. You should be."
"P-please let me go.." Gracious pleaded, her heart pounding in her scaley chest.
"Hmph.. fine.. pathetic animal." He mused, dropping the sword in front of her. "Your master will surely not be pleased once he sees that chip in his sword."
Gracious looked down at it. Where the sword had made contact with her scales, there was a crack in it. It was a small crack, but Jack still wouldn't be pleased about it. 'I'm in so much trouble..' she thought as she took the sword with her good paw and set it on her back, slowly getting to her feet.
"You had to.." but Ciel was already gone before she could say it. "Oh.. I better get out of here!" And she began to limp away. But that's not the end of her torture. As she tried to trot away, she heard the same British accent that scared the living daylight out of her.
'I am still curious about that sword..' it whispered.
Gracious swirled around, but saw no one. She looked everywhere, but didn't see the little brat. "W-where are you now?!"
'I am speaking to you telepathically. Although, I am somewhere near you. I am quite bored. Why don't you explain more about that sword to me?' He asked, his voice echoing in her head.
"Aaaahhhhh, whyyyyyyy?" She complained, just wanting to be free from this brat.
'That was utterly rude. I was only asking a question.' Then he had jumped from the tree tops and landed in front of her in a crouch position. The sudden surprise scared her and she jumped back.
"Ah- OW!" She yelled as she had landed on her wounded arm. "Aaahh.. w-what do you want from me..?" She grumbled through clenched teeth.
"Is it not obvious? Information about that sword." He replied, standing up from his crouch.
"F-fine.. you win.. w-what do you want to know a-about it?"
"Can that sword kill a demon?" He cocked his head again.
"Hm.. I don't know, probably can.. look, can I please go back to Master Jack?" She pleaded again, regretting ever entering the woods. She would never return.
"It is disgusting how you look at him.." He commented.
Gracious didn't say anything back. She only stuck her forked tongue out at him and blew a raspberry, spit flying from her mouth. "PPPPPVVVVVVTTTTT!"
Ciel dodged the saliva that flew at him. "Ugh.. you're no better than Alois.."
That name sounded somewhat familiar to her. "Hm.. Alois.. Alois Trancy? Booty shorts? Purple coat?"
"Yes.. him.." he said in disgust.
"Aw, I love Alois! He's so sweet and happy!"
Ciel rolled his eyes. "He's a mess."
"Well, he's more brighter than you!"
"At least I let people keep their eyes.~"
The competition was on!
