KJo : Guys as you know there are only a few scenes left to complete this project & we're going shoot these last few scenes in the University of Mumbai. I've somehow managed to seek permission from the trustee for three days shooting. Remember we've got only three days & we must finish it flawlessly at any cost . So ARE YOU ON ?
" YESSS!!! " shouted KJo's team. " Brilliant! start making all the preparations . Quick! & yeah do send Neil to my cabin when he comes "
Bandra , Mumbai :
A phone is ringing continuously in a car flashing the caller ID. The car stopped & the call has finally been picked up. " What man ? I am supposed to drive " said a voice. " NEIL ! WHERE ON EARTH ARE YOU? We've been waiting for you for hours " said the caller. "I'm on my way.Just about reach. I'll talk to you later."
After a good 10 minutes a five feet ,ten & half inches guy walking down to the office of Karan Johar. He's wearing a black jeans and a white sweatshirt. Anyone could say that he went to the gym. His facial hair making him look extra appealing. " Neil Malhotra! " called out a crew boy.
Neil's P.O.V. :
I turned around as I heard Dinesh calling me. " What's up , buddy? " " What's up with you? & where have you been? Sir has asked for you several times," said Dinesh. I sighed & asked, " Where's he now ? " " In his cabin. " " I swear this Mumbai traffic is gonna destroy my career one day, " I went straight to KJo's cabin & knocked.
"Come in!"
"Good morning, sir! You wanted to have a word with me,"
"Neil! Well yeah! sit down. Neil, I hope you know how important this project is for me " said KJo sounding all het up.
"Of course, sir. That is why we've working so hard to make it as the way you want it & I'm sure the rest of the shooting will go absolutely as fine as before. You don't need worrying as long as you have us," I said positively.
"Well that's what I was longing to hear . You know I've always admired your positivism, Neil "
I smiled.
"Okay , I see you in a bit then. Check if everything is ok."
"Sure, sir! "
I came back to where everyone else was & was glancing around until I saw someone I was least interested in interacting with. " Hey,Neil !"
Here we go. " Well ,hello Lara! it's so good to see you in this lovely morning, " I said sarcastically. Lara grinned & said, " Aww! Very good to see you too, sweetheart, " I regretted what I said before & hastily said, " Erm! Lara, I've to go. I've got loads of works to finish ,"
Before she could reply further I showed her my back walking away. Lara is a tall , blonde girl. Works in costume department.Half Indian, half British. Flirting with boys is her most favourite hobby specifically with me.
I sat in a cafeteria during our lunch break with Akash, one of my best buddies. " Do something about Lara I'm telling you. This is getting seriously lousy. She makes me feel uncomfortable with those lustful looks all the time, " I told Akash.
Akash let out a laugh & said , " Dude,she fancies you. Don't you know it? besides, it's not just Lara there are many girls out there who are madly in love with you. It's just that they're not as straight forward as Lara & I bet they went far ahead of crushing over you in their imagination" Akash said winking at me & I gave him a dismissive shrug. " Well, that was disgusting! " Akash was still laughing.
" You know you're such a git. Your best friend is in serious trouble & you are laughing ?! " " Buddy! Relax. & since when have you started taking Lara seriously? come on you've known her for two years, " " I know & to be frank even I enjoyed flirting with her at first until she went around saying I'm her boyfriend & all, " I said looking absolutely disgusted. " That is fine you know. I mean you've been single for so long, " Akash said cheerfully. " Don't you think it's quite dangerous to have Lara as girlfriend? Knowing all she would do is snog me, " With that Akash brust out into laughter again.
"And you know why I've been single all this time," I said it a bit louder than my usual voice. " Why? I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING," Akash said trying to act surprised. I hit him on his shoulder & he gasped in pain or more trying to act like that. " Oouch! what was that for? " " YOU KNOW IT "
