Leo:

"Fine." I grumbled. Boy, this is getting annoying. So, Annabeth and Percy sneak out of camp. And while they're smoochin' up a storm, some random monster comes outta nowhere and snaches them up. And we have to save them. And it's the SEVENTH time. So like I said, it's getting really annoying. Chiron just was giving me the whole lecture how we've been through a lot together, so I should save them. So finally, I agreed. As usual, Jinx Mae ran up behind me. Jinx was the daughter of Hermes or something (I can't remember because of ADHD). She had short orange hair and was obsessed with unicorns, and scooters. And Percy. Percy thought that she was a nice little kid, but he and Annabeth were obviously meant for each other.

"Percy got captured? I wanna help save him." She told Chiron, but he waved her away.

"It's too dangerous, for the millionth time." He told her. "You've never been on a quest before, and you're too young. You're only 11. Also, your not properly trained. Go back to your cabin." Jinx looked sad, but there was no way Chiron was going to let her go, so she walked away. "Leo, go get Logan. You'll head off right after lunch." Chiron said, now facing me.

Logan Lively (tongue twister, right) is my best friend in the whole wide world. From my first day at camp when I met her, I knew we were going to be friends. We both have a sense of humor. We both like to mess with fire, play pranks, everything together. She's the daughter of Apollo. " Fire & the Sun." That's what people called us sometimes. She started running toward me when she saw me. A "warm" ( haha, get it! I'll be doing this the whole time.)smile spread across her face when she saw me. She looked really cute (or should I say, hot), with her blonde curly hair bouncing on her shoulders, her bright green eyes looking at me with excitement. Her orange Camp Half-Blood shirt was rippling in the wind.

Almost every girl I meet I think is cute. Logan is one of them, although I only think of her as a friend. Sort of like Piper. Right now, I have a crush on Chelsea Danshavari. Ugg, I scolded myself. I spend way too much time thinking about girls.

"Hey!" Logan finally caught up with me. "Did Percabeth get caught again?" I didn't even need to answer. One look at me, and she knew her own answer. She started laughing. "I'll get ready." See you later, alligator." She said playfully.

"In a while, crocodile." I answered back at her. She took off, leaving me to get ready. I headed back to my cabin to "pack". I always kept my tool belt strapped tightly to my waist, and it could provide me with a lot of valuable stuff, (my favorite: breath mints) so as far as I was concerned, I was already packed. Then I started thinking about Chelsea.........

"Leo, come on. You've been sitting here for, like, a full ten minutes. I didn't think that was possible for you. Let's go to lunch." Nyssa told me.

"Just thinkin about stuff. Yeah, I'll go to lunch." I told her. I stepped out of my cabin, and froze immediatly. There she was. The daughter of Hecate. It was Chelsea. I had a huge crush on her. Whenever she talked to me, I started speaking jiberish.

"Hi, Leo." She said as she walked past me. Chelsea had strait brown hair, and brown eyes.

"Ugg, miggi." I said, and pinched myself. "Umm, Hi." She and her best friend, Kylie Reese (daughter of Nike) looked at eachother, and started laughing. Now that I think about it, Kylie is pretty cute too. With her dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes,.... Oh, great. Another crush coming on. They walked by me, and I turned around. I headed down to Cabin 7 (Apollo Cabin). Logan stepped out. She had a backpack full of stuff she probably packed for the trip.

"Okay." She told me. "So, I've got a change of clothes, nectar and ambroisia, bandages, other medical stuff, a few books, a pegasi whistle, some hair ties, rope, cash, drachmas, and I'm wearing my charm bracelet." Logan's charm bracelet was magical. The charms could come to life whenever she wanted. On her charm bracelet was an arrow, a first aid kit, a soccer ball, a dagger, and some other stuff. Not all of it could come to life, but the ones that could were useful. "Where's your bag?"

I shrugged. "I've gotta magic tool belt!" She laughed.

"Come on. Let's go grab something to eat, and then we can leave."

"Okay." I told her. "I'll catch up with you in a minute." She nodded and headed toward the dining pavilion. She snuck up behind Chelsea and scared the snot out of her. Then they started laughing. I sat there, thinking about Logan. She's not that different from Chelsea. They're BFFs. Do I like her, too?
