Shivay and Anika both belongs to different family. Shivay does not believe in lineage (last name, khoon, khandaan). They both are going to get married which is basically an arrange marriage but by time it turn into love marriage for both of them.
Shivay loves Anika so much that now he can't even live without her. Anika's family contains her cousin brother, her uncle who loves her as her own daughter and her aunt who does not love anika at all. One day before her marriage there was bomb blasted near there house and there house caught fire and her brother was inside the house so to save him she went inside. Her aunt saw her saving her brother while risking her life and she understood anika can do anything for her family... While saving his brother she forget that from up ceiling was falling from up as she saw this she pushed her brother and ceiling fall on her and burn her.... She was rushed to the hospital and doctors state that she was 40% burned and there is so much of risk of her being cured..
Anika's uncle was completely broken by this but he still called Oberoi family and informed them about this and when shivay heard this he was completely broken after hearing this but control himself and all leaves for the hospital..
Shivay goes to see anika and is broken to see her like this but goes there and kisses her forehead. Anika feels him and sees him and she has tears in her eyes.. Shivay consoles her.
A- shivay please go from here now I am not that person whom you would like to see as your wife ...

Anika cries and ask him "Why did you fall for me? I'm not a beauty queen." please move on please...
S- anika "I did not fall for your beauty, I fell for your imperfections" please anika let me be with you... Without you I can't imagine my life...I have trust that you will be fine one day please let me marry you... Anika no one is perfect in this world neither me nor you..
Anika cries hysterically and shivay applies sindoor on her forehead and kiss her forehead and she is taken for the operation...
Operation gets successful and patient is fine now said the doctor.. she needs bed rest though....
After month or so anika started recovering soon with the love of shivay and all the family member.. After some days they are getting married. While marriage anika feels week while taking pheras or vows but shivay picks her in his arms and takes the vow...
It was time of anika's bidaai and anika is then taken to her in laws house who has accepted her with all her imperfection just as shivay..
At night shivay and anika are in their room while nurse comes for anika's dressing while shivay asks nurse that he will do the dressing...
While dressing shivay kisses all her wounds... and she feels relaxed. Shivay then finishes her dressing and they consumate their marriage...
In the morning ;
Anika wakes in shivay's arms and she smiles when she notices shivay was already mesmerize in her beauty and was looking at her... Anika looked at him and smiled at her and shivay pecked her forehead and then gave him peck on her lips as a morning kiss..
S- I told you anika I have seen the best of you and now I have seen the worst of you, I choose both. I have now seen all the best of you and also the worst and I loved choosing both of those... I know you had also said you are not beauty queen then why I fell for you....because anika trust me your heart is so pure that no one can even say you are not beauty queen, you are queen of my heart ok so, don't think about what people say because no one is perfect... and always see yourself from my eyes you will get yours answers for why I love you so much..
Anika is so overwhelmed with this and in excitement she kisses him on his lips and they kissed passionately...
