A big surprise!

My week has been great! I've never had this kind of freedom, but i haven't taken it for granted. Today, we're having dinner with with the in-laws and of course i have to dress to impress! so AGAIN i take an hour longer to get ready than my whole family. Im not ashamed. Ali isn't coming because he has a report that he needs to finish with one of his friends. i don't see his friends much, actually i've NEVER seen them. For some reason he doesnt being them round a lot.

I've nearly finished dressing up and all i need to do now is go put on my shoes downstairs. By "dress to impress" i mean that i'm wearing quite a few expensive brands and a very sophisticated outfit. i'm going downstairs slowly because i don't want to trip. that would be funny! as i'm walking down, i'm checking my outfit for the last time, then i raise my head and...OH CHIZZ...RAYAN is standing at the bottom of the staircase looking at me. OMDDD!! what's he doing? why's he here?? He CAN'T by Ali's friend!!

I'm thinking all of this as im walking down the stairs. i have to completely blank him or Ali would get suspicious. I pass him and Ali says "susan, this us my friend Rayan. say hi"

"Hey"

"hi"

There was a bit of an awkward silence, then Ali said "i'm going toilet".

I took my shoes from the porch and sat on the stairs to put my shoes on. my parents went tesco to get some flowers, so i can take my time. Rayan was standing a few metres in front of me. AWKWARD!! :/

"Sooo...." he said

I needed to say something, but i didn't know i was going to blurt it out. "how did you find me?" I raised my head ad gave him a stern look.

"I never knew you lived here"

"Really, so you've known my brother for how many years?"

"Six"

"And you've never chosen to come to his house, until you meet his sister?"

"OK, one of your friends came in after you left, i asked her"

Oh Amy! Why?? just why??

"WhAt did she say?"

"She said that you live in salmoj street, and you have two brothers. i took a guess and ......well ....found you."

"Ok, so what are you going to don now, you've found me?"

This whole time i was looking up at him and completely forgot about my shoes. And Ali.

he never said anything but as hewas about to i cut him off. "look, you've found me"

It sounded like i was playing hide and seek with him.

"So what else? if Ali findes out we were talking, you know.......he won't like it, so please?"

What was i saying?

"But i need to tell you something, is there any way i can meet you somewhere, soon?"

"No i'm sorry" at that time i finished strapping my shoes and stood up.

"Bye" i said

Since i saw our car pull up on the driveway i knew i had to end it there.

I walked off, like nothing happened, i felt sorry for him. And for the rest of the dinner i felt......mean.
