The Big Mistake

Chapter 1: Graduation

   Hello, my name is Riley (yes I am a girl) I live in California and my best friend is Anastasia ( I call her Annie). Annie and I have been friends ever since 1st grade when she helped me subtract 7-5 (which equals 2).

    So it was a Friday the last day of high school, we were graduating. I just got out of the shower and put on a  turquoise dress (with my black thin belt), black tights, some high black boots, and I straightened my hair. It was time to go to graduation so I went outside to my car and put my phone on the passenger side.  Then the next thing I know I was at school and saw my boyfriend (His name is Mark and he is a cheerleader and does a lot of flips and is very strong). (Now we are in the gym for graduation.) They just called my name, I had to go up and say a speech. So I walked up and got my diploma and went up to the microphone.  " Hello everybody and welcome. Well, where to start... I have had some good memories here and met some wonderful people. I am just saying this is a fantastic school and I encourage other children to go here. Thank you." My heart dropped I finally saw that nobody was here except the high school students.

   Some of the students were a little teary when they saw nobody was here. I finally just went home I got a text from the girl (her name was Maggie) who tried to kidnap me she said "How long did it take you to learn that speech for no body because it seems like they all disappeared when your name was called ;-)" Then I got another text to meet Mark and Annie at Chili's.
