Awkward much?

Lauren woke up the next day in such a good mood, she woke with a smile on her face "laur- oh your up.." her mum said surprised "yeah. I have a feeling today will be a good day!" Lauren said as she went to get showered and ready and her mum just giggled and walked out.
1 hour later Lauren is finished getting ready and she puts on her black skater dress with her converse and walks down stairs. "hunny do you need a lift?" Her mum said pouring Lauren some coffee " no it's okay mia said she would pick me u- oh there she is" Lauren said smiling and jugging her coffee "bye love you!" Lauren said and she ran out to the car. "Your happy!" Mia said happy too "I have something to tell you!" Lauren said not being able to calm herself as mia started driving but looking at Lauren confused as well. "Shoot!" Mia said waiting for Lauren to explode from excitement "I kissed adym.." and as she said this Mia's mouth dropped as if to say no way and Lauren just kept nodding and they pulled into their usual spot at school "well that was... Wow" Mia's said as Lauren tries working out whether she was happy or pissed off and they both get out.
As they walk to their lockers Lauren spots adym and goes to say hi but he completely blanks her and continues laughing with his friends. "wow that was awkward.." mia said sarcastically but yet realised she was getting the glare of death from Lauren. They both go to their classes, Lauren walks to math the only class she has with adym and he sits beside her "sorry" adym whispered as the teacher came in "what for blanking me? Oh no I'm use to it" Lauren said trying to block him but then she started doodling little hearts and adyms name, "Lauren?" The teacher Said trying to get her attention "yes? Sorry sir" she said and adym looks at her notepad seeing his name and hearts and he smirks "cute.." he said nearly quiet enough that no one will hear.
The bell eventually rings and Lauren shoots out of the class as quick as you can say bingo but adym tries running after her but she just kept going.

I guess it's a taste of his own medicine?
