Sun, Moon, and The Sky

The two of us,

Are like the Sun and Moon.

You shine so Bright in the Daylight,

Where everyone appreciates Your Glow.

I shine so Bright at Night time,

I'm a rare sight that nobody knows.

Never to meet, Never to see eachother.

Never to touch, Never to love one another.

I am the Moon,

Of the Feared and Forsaken Night.

You are the Sun,

Of the Loved and Cherished Day.

Were so similar to the Sun and Moon,

It hurts of me to think so.

That we know each other,

Yet we can never betogether.

Even though we will never meet,

Even if the End were to come

Or if Time were to stop.

I'm glad that I at least know,

That I'm under the same Sky as you are.

Whether it be the Sun, Shining in the Day.

Or the Moon, Shining in the Night.

Whether I see The Morning's puffy Clouds,

Or the Night's Twinkling Stars.

It's still the same Sky,

That we all share and see.
