Soon it was evening, Nandini started getting ready for Manik's award ceremony. She took a shower. She dried her hair and curled them from the tips. She kept her makeup natural. She slipped into her gown and kept her hair on one shoulder. She applied some perfume. She wore accessories to compliment her look. She put on her high heels. She got a message from Manik saying he's here. She checked her look. She took her clutch and went out of her room. She got out of the mansion to find Manik leaning over his car doing something on his phone.
He didn't notice her. Nandini took that time to check him out. He was wearing a black tuxedo looking devilishly handsome. He looked up to find Nandini checking him out. He coughed to get her attention. Nandini came back to reality.
She went near him. Manik looked at her from head to toe. Nandini blushed noticing that he was looking at her in admiration.
Manik- I think you are getting more beautiful and hot day by day.
Nanz- That was so cheesy.
Manik- You like it. Don't you?
Nanz- Ya. You are looking handsome.
Manik- Thank you. I think I have to be with you for 24×7.
Nanz- Why??
Manik- You know other guy would try to get you.
Nanz- Aww. Someone is getting possessive.

Nandini smiled at him.
Nanz- Let's go. We are getting late.

They settled in the car and drove away. They reached the venue. Both got out and started walking hand in hand. The paparazzi clicked their pictures. They went inside the venue. Some came and congratulated Manik for the award. Manik sat on the table reserved at his name with Nandini.
Nanz- I am so happy for you Manik.
Manik gave her a big smile which she returned with hers.
The ceremony started. After some speeches, finally the moment came.
Host- Now it's time for the most awaited award. The young businessman award. I think there is no doubt in it. Its obviously Mr. Manik Malhotra.
Everyone started clapping. Manik went on the stage and received the award.
Manik- Well I don't have words to describe my feelings regarding this award. But the feeling is amazing especially when my fiance is there with me to share my happiness. Thank you.
Manik came down from the stage. Nandini hugged him.
Nanz- Congrats!!!

Others came and congratulated Manik. Manik introduced Nandini to his business partners and other important people. The people complimented their pair. After the award ceremony, Manik and Nandini were sitting in their car.
They drove away from the venue. Nandini was having his award in his hand and was having a proud look on her face. Manik stopped the car near a beach.
Nanz- Tumne car kyu rok di??
Manik- I got a gift for you.
Nandini got excited. She safely kept his award on the backside.
Nanz- Kya??
Manik- Here.
Manik handed her a small gift wrapped box. Nandini opened the box to find a beautiful pair of diamond earrings.

Nandini hugged him tight. Manik hugged her back. They broke the hug. They were so close to each other. They close their eyes and lean towards each other. Their lips touch, sparks ignited in their body.
The kiss was gentle. They broke the kiss.
Manik- That was amazing.
Nandini blushed. Her face has turned completely red. Manik kissed her cheeks.
Manik- I love seeing you blush.
Nandini playfully hit his arm being embarrassed.
Nanz- Shut up.
Manik started the car.

Manik chuckled. They reached Murthy mansion. Both stayed seated in the car.

Nandini pecked his lips and got out of the car. Manik smiled at her drove away. She went inside the mansion. Her family was there. She told them about the award ceremony. Manik's gift to her except the kiss. She then went to her room. Her family was happy to see her happy. The day ended.
