Trilogy preview

"He...he what..." Bruce stood in front of his daughter. Looking into her eyes he saw something else, not bravery and stubbornness but...what he saw had killed him. He never showed it but he does love his children, his son..his daughter.

Tears sprung to the girl's eyes and she began to cry.
"It...I've...I had never been....but he took it...he to my..." he wanted to comfort her. It knew she didn't like to be touched by him or anything.

"Daddy....I'm...i...I can't" hearing those words exit out of her mouth shocked him. She alarmist fell but he caught her. She began to cry loudly and her legs weakened.

"I'm weak...I'm so weak...I couldn't stop it from happening....I didn't even know! I couldn't...I'm pathetic. You're...you're right to treat me not as your daughter because I'm a disgrace." Bruce held onto his daughter and rubbed her hair.

"Don't say that...I should have never pushed you to train so hard...if you didn't then you wouldn't have tried to prove yourself." For the first time since he had been with his twins, for the first time he saw her eyes that day.

He saw fear. Pure fear in her eyes.
