A/N: I know my last chapter was based on a song but I actually found song from the same album that reminded me so much of Seven. So here, Fone Tag by Never Shout Never.

Tell me what you want,
tell me what you need.
Tell me all your secrets,
all your fantasies.

"Just leave me alone. And stop calling I won't answer anymore." Seven complained, putting his headphones back on.

Tell me what you like,
tell me what you hate.
Tell me all the reasons why you never sleep.

Y/N stood there, tears threatening to spill out. All she had done was offer him a sandwich and some company but he went off again, telling her to stop trying to be nice to him and to leave him alone. She choked back a sob and set the sandwich on the coffee table before quietly running back to her room.

I know I missed your call,
I meant to hit you back.
Shit got out of hand
I was feeling kind of,
whack.

Seven's heart broke as he heard her leave. He just wanted to protect her. But he was hurting her so bad that it didn't seem worth it. He was doing it for her own good because he loved her and wanted to keep her safe but it hurt him to ignore her and yell at her. He shook his head and continued his work on the security system.

Guess I never thought you'd go for a loser,
like me.

He couldn't focus. His thoughts kept drifting back to you and the hurt expression on your face when he told you to go away. He furiously typed code but found he just typing your name over and over again.

She's been dancing in her room,
waiting for the phone to ring.
All I need
is to tell her how I really feel.

He slammed the computer shut in frustration. Why couldn't he just do his job and leave? Why were things this difficult? Why couldn't he just block out the echoes your quiet sobs down the hall?

I got the nerve,
to let her know
that I need her love.
Gotta find the cure,
so I
can make the call.

He turned up his headphones but his guilt was eating him alive. He threw them off and stormed into the kitchen to get a soda. He opened the fridge to an empty box and sighed loudly.

I wanna tell you 'bout the good,
tell you 'bout the bad, tell you 'bout the happy
ending don't get mad.

He decided to go out and get some more since he couldn't work anyways. He pulled out his phone and started to type out a message to her. 'I'm going out for more soda. Stay put.' he winced at the harshness of the text but sent it anyways.

Tell you 'bout the clouds,
tell you 'bout the rain,
tell you all the reasons why I'm so
insane.

Her phone dinged and Y/N looked up from her bed, eyes red and cheeks wet with tears. She grabbed the device, reading the cold text from one she loved. It caused her lip to tremble and fresh tears to spring. She tucked her phone away and cried into her arm.

I really dig your voice
On the other end
have no other choice
You're my closest
friend

Why was he being this way? She knew the dangers of his life and job but he refused to let her in. He just pushed her away and shut her out. It hurt her heart and made her want to yell at him. She thought he loved her. She loved him. That was all it took. But somehow she was still crying alone in a stranger's apartment.

Guess I never thought you'd fall in
love with a joke,
like me

How was she supposed to just stop loving him and forget? It was impossible. She was so deeply in love with him that the thought of him leaving and never coming back hurt her. She let out soft sobs as she tried to think of any way to change his mind.

She's been dancing in her room,
waiting for the phone to ring.
All I need
is to tell her how I really feel.

Seven returned home with the drinks some food shortly after he left. He pulled out a can and popped the tab, the hiss of the can disturbing the silence of the apartment.

I got the nerve, to let her know that I need her love. Gotta find the cure, so I can make the call.

The walk to the store had let him clear his head and he slipped his headphones back on, returning to work. Minutes passed and he was almost disappointed when Y/N didn't come out to try and talk to him.

Now I'm pacing in my room
made up my mind
make the call

He became concerned that she hadn't come out. His heart and brain battled and his heart won over, going against his own logic. He pulled his headphones off and grabbed a new can of soda, deciding to go check on her.

All I need
is to tell her how I really feel

He walked down the hall and stopped at her door, knocking and asking to go in. He opened it and walked to the bedside where she was laying, trembling.

Now i've got the nerve
to let her know that I need her love.

He laid a hand on her shoulder and silently pulled her into a hug. Eyes wide, she looked to him. He was weakly grinning, tears in his eyes.

I found the cure
so I
make the call

A/N: I hope this was good?? Obviously you can tell who my favorite characters are *coughSEVENANDSAERANcough* based on how much of them I write. I'm going to try and write about everyone more often but those damn twins are stuck to me.
