Elsa
Arendelle is a small town, everybody knows everyone and everything. No secret is ever kept long so when rumours come to light, you know there's no coming back from that. As no surprise, the Arendelle Young Mental hospital is well known for abrupt behaviour of patients and the lack of staff and yet no one seems to try and help.
So here I come in. I've done every degree I can in this small town and applied to help those who can't express their though and feelings. Anna, my sister, thinks I'm crazy to go to this "crazy" place but I beg to differ.
"Elsa why are you going" she asked for the tenth time.
"I've already told you Anna" I sigh.
"Look at the fortune are... parents left us. You don't need to work"I forgot to mention, before our parents died, they made a big name here and one way or another own most companies here. Now they are gone, my Auntie and Uncle run the business but all the fortune goes to Anna and I.
"Anna, it's for the good of those teens. Just drop it!" I replied annoyed.
At this point I was frustrated. I don't see why she can't see it my way.
I know she's sixteen but she has to the world in a different perspective.I have an interview to get to. I look in the mirror and see myself all smart. My hair in a neat bun, smart grey pencil skirt with matching blazer and a plain white blouse I'm also wearing 1 inch black heels and nude lipstick.
I'm ready."Bye baby sis" I tell Anna while bringing her into a hug.
"Be safe ok" she looked at me sternly.
"Alright mom" I joked. Gosh I wish I spent more time with her.
I picked up my keys and got into my car. For some reason I froze, I just sat in the driver's seat. I was deep in thought and questioning my judgment. Coming back to realisation, I pushed that thought away, I know this is what I want.
The hospital wasn't very far so I was there quite quickly. To be honest, I've never really seen the hospital up close, and I must say, I'm rather disappointed. Its not what I expected, the place looks so old and abandoned, I'm surprised nobody has escaped. There was ashy wood, slowly splitting and smashed glass all around as if there was a bar fight.
Ignoring the state of the hospital outside, I walked in calmly.
"Hello, how can I help miss." The receptionist automatically said with her eyes glued to her screen.
"Hello, erm I'm here for an interview"
I replied casually. She looked at me as if she saw a ghost but soon changed to a cold stare.
"Seems like your the only interviewee to stay longer than five minutes in this crazy place."
I thought to myself
'i cant see why, with your warm, welcoming eyes and respectful manner...'
My sarcastic thoughts were interrupted by a young man calling my name."Miss. Winters?" My name echoed though the daunting halls.
"Oh er y-yes" I so confidently responded. I don't know why I was stuttering.
"Hello Miss. Winters" The tall, dark haired, brown eyed man spoke with such a formal manner.
"Please, call me Elsa" I warmly smiled.
"I am Tadashi Hamada" He replied back also smiling. At this point a middle-aged man worked in with an undying frown on his face. His appearance was: black, long hair, stumble on his chin.
"Ah Miss. Elsa, this is my assistant, Mr. Hook"
"Hello Mr. Hooke" I cheerfully greeted but all I received was a small grunt.
His cold glare piercing through me like he was searching for my soul. The interview was only 15 minutes but it felt like an hour. Most if the time I avoided eye contact with Mr. Hook but when we locked, it was so uncomfortable. I really can't see why no one wants to work here, I mean the staff is so friendly! Seriously though I think the workers are worse than the patients.
Mr. Hamada gave me tour of the place. It wasn't too bad; people were walking around with a nurse, playing card games and talking But as you go down the hallway the atmosphere changes. Only workers can go pass this point for the safety of everyone. The were confined rooms with little light , people screaming and even some mental hospital jail cells for criminals.
In one of the rooms was a girl with long, red, hair lying on the floor.
"This is Ariel. She was admitted last month for trying to jump off a cliff for the fifth time believing she was a mermaid. She attack a coast guard after he didn't believe her"
"Oh" I was speechless. Its quite sad to think these people live a life believing in these things and dying labelled "crazy".
As we go on I see a young man staring at the ceiling. Every step towards the room became colder, I could feel chills down my spine; it was really weird and yet I was bewildered. The young man stood up and stepped into the light. I could now see his features; silvery-white hair, deep blue eyes and skin tone so pale, it looked like snow white.
"This concludes the tour, I will be in touch soon" Mr. Hamada informed me.
"Thank you" I said shaking his hand.I stepped outside into the on going rain. I was so relieved to be out of there.
"Fresh air" I smiled and exhaled.
I grabbed out my phone and called Anna."Anna?"
"Hey sis, still alive?" She sarcastically questioned.
"No, casper the ghost called you" I also sarcastically remarked.
"Well played Elsa" Anna said accepting I won the sarcasm battle.
"I'm on my way home, see you soon"
"Bye" and ended the call.

All day every day I'm stuck in this hell but for once in my life, an angel appeared. It was only brief but it was the whole world to me. She looked at me with her caring, hypnotic, blue eyes, her hair shining like she came from heaven. She melted my walls when she shared the most captivating smile. But now she's gone; the demons are back to torment me, its gone dark again and depression lingers like a unwanted burden. Every bit of light and warmth fades and alone I stand.
