Dedicated Hana-shi

For writing an intrusive cellphone novel (Those Melodious fingers of yours) which I recommend for a lot of you guys to read. Also, for making me more invested in instruments and music.

There she sat.

Before his eyes,

creating euphony to his ears,

stirring wonders in his mind.

Oh, a soul that was once so pure as white,

is now contaminated by the darkness

that stole his life.

Paper thin, that was his happiness,

crippling his hopes which were once

so dear.

There were once so melodious

at love at first sight,

but now they haunt him,

giving him frost bites.

Overweighed with melancholy - oh

those dreadful memories,

how she fiddle with the keys,

how she lit-up his childish dreams,

until the keys deteriorated, too old to go forward.

she decayed alongside it, not willing for him to see the loneliness that seeps.

His fragile heart couldn't take it,

it shattered him in two.

The doubter and The doubtful.

The doubter was a beast,

an unbearable leech preying on the weak,

to protect himself from being deceive.

The doubtful was a soul,

a vulnerable vessel living in a broken man,

feeding off the doubt, listening to the madman inside his mind.

Except then,

an exception was made,

his tradition was reformed,

a new world stood his way.

A world that was so foreign,

but yet so ancient.

A world that left bruises,

yet only this world could heal them.

A world he thought he wouldn't reach,

but now is welcoming him back with a open door.

His brain said "No"

His heart said "pain"

His soul said "more"

Yet he moved anyways.

She was the alien world.
