A/N:

OK guys I am on a roll! Yet another update?! I spoil you guys. Should I slow down? Nah I don't think I ever will... Anyways I don't have much to say this time except that you should go read now!

Go read my little pancakes! Go!

Mason's P.O.V

“You mean you don't remember anything?” The boy asked.

“Not really. All I know is that your name is jay, you're my best friend, and my name is Mason. And all that is from what you told me” I replied.

“Oh...” He was about to say more but just then the doctor walked into the room.

He walked up to me and started asking questions.

“So Mason, can you tell me everything that you remember doing before landing in the hospital?”

“Not really, I did not even know my name until he told me.” I said pointing to Jay.

“I see...” He wrote a few things down on his clipboard and asked me a few more questions.

Finally he said, “Well it looks like you have a case of amnesia, but it does not seem permanent.” As he finished saying this he turned to Jay and said, “The best that we can do for him right now, is do things and tell him things that will help him to gain his memory back. You're his best friend right?” He asked.

“Yes I am, and ill do anything to help him get better.” Jay answered him.

“Alright, other than a few scrapes and a broken arm, there is no other reason for us to keep him here. I will send a nurse in to discharge him and I will have you come with me to sign the release forms.” The doctor said then left the room.

Shortly after he left, a nurse came in and started to unhook the machines from my body. Jay said that he would be back as soon as he finished signing the forms.

What did not make any sense to me was, why was jay signing the forms and not my parents? And why was there no one here claiming to be my parents? Or anyone that was related to me? Do I even have parents? Do I have family? So far all I know if that I have a best friend, and that's all I have.

All of these questions swam around in my head as I was finally completely unhooked. I got up and took the close that were sitting on the end of the bed.

When I was finally dressed and ready to go, Jay came back into the room.

“Are you ready?” He asked me.

“Yeah, lets get out of here”

Once we got out of the hospital and into, what I assumed was his car, Jay turned to me and said, “So you really don't remember anything?”

“No, sorry” I said back to him.

He nodded and turned the car on. He pulled out of the parking lot and started down the street.

After about twenty minutes of driving and not saying a word to each other, we finally pulled up to a house, which I assumed was his.

The house looked to be made of red bricks. It had a small porch in the front with a single chair at the end of it.

The grass was a dark green colour and it looked to have just been cut. And there was a small garden patch in the middle of the grass on both sides of the stone pathway that lead up to the house.

We got out of the car, and walked up to the front door.

He opened the door with his keys and stepped aside to allow me to enter.

Once he shut the door again he led me up the stairs and into what I would believe is his room.

In the room was a single black dresser, a double bed with a matching side table next to it, and a dark blue guitar in the corner.

The walls were a light blue and his ceiling was black. There were multiple band posters all over the walls and ceiling. He had posters for Black Veil Brides, Blood On The Dance Floor, Attack!Attack! Three Days Grace, and much more.

On top of his dresser there was an iPod dock, and a few pictures.

As I was looking at the pictures, I noticed that all of them were of him and some other boy.

And that was when I noticed that I was the other person in the pictures.

Looking at all of the pictures seemed to help me in remembering some things. Like where and when the pictures were taken. Who was with us on the day of, and what we were doing. But the main thing I remembered was that Jay really was my best friend. And I had finally remembered him.

“All of those pictures are of you and me. We used to do everything together...” Jay said coming to stand next to me.

“I remember that.” I whispered. Just loud enough for him to hear.

“You do?” He looked up at me with hope in his eyes.

“Not everything, but looking at the pictures helped me to remember the times when these pictures were taken, and that you really are my best friend.” I said smiling at him.

He didn't say anything, just pulled me into a death grip hug, which I quickly returned.

When we finally pulled away I couldn't help but to think that he looked really cute in that moment. Wait! No! I did not just think that about my best friend! Did I like him as more then a friend? That was something that I could not remember. But I had a strong feeling that I did. But did he feel the same way? Did I ever tell him? I decided to ask. What is the worst that could happen?

“Hey, Jay? Can I ask you something?” This was it. I had to ask. It was now or never.

“Yeah sure.”

Here goes nothing.

“Did I uh... Ever... Uh... Say anything to you about... Me being gay before?” There it was out.

And there was no turning back now.

A/N:

Yes I understand that that was probably the worst chapter ever! I could not figure out a way to end it, and I had this written on my iPod and it would seem that it is very short. But then again everything seems a lot longer when typed out on an iPod.

Picture is of Mason <3 --------->
