What is Love?

What is love
Is it pure like a dove
      Or is it evil
Like a blood thirsty demon

Does love even exist?
Or is it just a thought to make people feel better.

Why does love tend to fade away
And overtime decay
I thought love was suppose to give you a feeling of perfection
Instead it gives you a feeling of rejection.

Why does falling in love feel like you are being killed?
Why does it give you a feeling of being unfulfilled. 

Why did falling in love kill me
Falling in love felt like I had my heart taken out of my chest then eventually crushed

Eventually falling in love killed me
I didn't need a gun
I didn't need a pill
I feel in love
And I got killed
