Scott: he thinks you are very insecure. You think very poorly about your self and Scott hates it. He thinks you are the most perfect girl in the entire universe and does see your point of view. He thinks it's stupid for you to constantly make self deprecating joke and putting yourself down.
Stiles: how stressed you get. Whether it's about your future, school or family life, stress always takes over. He hates how when your stressed, you keep to yourself. He wants you to communicate with him so he can help relax you.
Derek: he hates your bad habits. You have a couple minor habits that could be easily fixed like biting your nails. It drives Derek insane when you continuously do something that he think is childish. Of course he loves you no matter what, it's just annoying to him.
Isaac: how socially awkward you are. He knows you can't help it but he loves meeting new people and being ever so social. You can't help it when you don't talk around strangers. It really bothers him but he gets over it fast.
