PERCY'S P.O.V

I woke up with a weird feeling in my gut. I opened my eyes and looked around. 'This isn't my room on the Argo II.' I think to myself.

I was sitting on red grass. There was purple fog flying low over the field. The moon was green and it was dark everywhere.

'Where am I?' I thought.

I stand up and walk over to a pond full of black water. My reflection stared back at me. But it wasn't me.

I had a major black bedhead, and deep bags were under my eyes. I was pale, like, spirit pale. My body was like an anorexic toothpick.

I reached out to touch the water, but when I did, the water started to smoke and my hand burned like acid fire had touched it.

"Huh?" I tried controlling the water but it didn't move. "That's weird."

I stood up and started walking. Soon I saw a light. I walked towards it until I hit a wall.

A clear wall. Like it was plexiglass or invisible. 'Dear Demigod, you must first accept the power before you leave.' a voice said in my head. 'Accept what power?' I thought back.

'I cannot tell you. You must accept it and find out for yourself.'

'I won't accept anything that I don't know.'

'Young Demigod, you must not want to see your friends?' It said.

I thought about it for a while. I wanted out of here, and I wanted to know if everyone was okay.

'Fine, I accept you're random power.' I thought.

'Good. Now, you may leave. Good luck.' It chuckled and the wall was gone
