" ducky sweetie wake up" I hear a soft faint voice as a cold hand nudges my shoulder.
I flutter my eyes. I mumble something under my sleepy breath and as a woman comes into my blurred vision I jump in surprise. then with major disappointment I realize who that person in and where I am.
"I'm awake I'm awake" I say with irritation and discomfort.
" get up and get ready everyone is here and wants to meet you!" Natalie says with a slight pep in her voice.
I just got here, who could possibly want to see me? I think as I begin to second guess everything. then with in the next couple of minutes Natalie leaves my room and I slide out of the warm bed and head to my duffle bag. hmmm I guess I never unpacked last night. I then grabbed a pair of shorts and a fitted V-neck t-shirt. I slipped out of my room quietly trying to avoid conversation.
I slipped my long brown hair into a tight bun and slipped on my clothes and then went back to my room. I hopped into my boots and ran down the stairs looking for Natalie.
"Natalie?" I say with question and wonder into the living room.
" THERE SHE... AWE SHE LOO....DUCK... YOUR HE.. I CANT.." a loud boom of different voices and conversations come from all different mouths.
I kind of slipped into a near by chair and hid my face in embarrassment.
" dear get up and say hi I know the can be overwhelming just get up and say hi."
two and a half to three hours had passed and I was finally done meeting every one. every one had left but one person. a guy. Jesse. he has wavy brown hair and big hazel eyes!
he is also staying here for the summer, his parents are a family friend of my aunt and his parents are currently in Cambodia for the summer so they left him with Natalie. so I decided I would take matters into my own hand and introduce my self.......... after I take a nap.
