When Encre awoke, he found himself in an unfamiliar place. He studied the room he was in, it was small and filled with many medicines and other medical tools. Then he realized where he was, Dr. Lofy's office. She was the medic of Underville, she healed those who needed it. Suddenly, the yellow lizard walked into the room, "O-Oh! Yo-You're awake!" She stuttered in surprise. Encre nodded with a slight smile, "Oui, mais je voudrais demander comment je suis arrivé Dr. Lofy?" ("Yes, but may I ask how I got here Dr. Lofy?") He asked, suddenly a little bit dizzy for some odd reason.
Lofy smiled a bit, "Eterna br-brought you here s-sir." Encre looked down in thought, "Ce qui s'est passé auparavant?" ("What happened before that?") He asked, still lost in thought, when suddenly Lofy yanked him back into reality, "S-She found y-you unconscious an-and about to be k-killed by a v-vampire!" Encre stared any the doctor in shock, "U-Un vampire?" ("A-a vampire?") Lofy gave him a sad nod. He looked down, shocked that he about died that night. And almost killed by a vampire nonetheless! He looked back up to see Lofy offering him some food. Eggs and bacon.
Encre gave her a grateful smile and began to eat. "Mmm, elles sont délicieuses!" ("Mmm, these are delicious!") Lofy smiled at Encre's reaction, "Th-there not really th-that great..." Encre frowned a bit, "Ne soyez pas modeste! Ils sont incroyables!" ("Don't be modest! They're amazing!") Lofy blushed and Encre gave her an encouraging smile. He finished his meal and went to wash the plate, "N-No! You don't have to d-do that! Here let me!" Before Encre could react, Lofy had taken the plate and washed it. Encre gave her a nervous laugh, "Vous ne devez Le faire..." (You didn't have to do that...") "It's my home, of course I did. And plus you're injured still."
Encre attempted to look up at his injury but the bandages that covered his left eye blocked the view, and the injury was to high up on his skull anyways. Encre sighed and looked over at Lofy. "Don't worry Encre, you'll be able to leave within the hour. I just have to check the wound every few days." Encre nodded barely aware of the lizard's words. He was too focused on the bat that was sitting on the window sill. It blinked at him and he blinked back. Suddenly, Encre didn't feel that safe anymore.

Welp, just like I said, another chapter! Again, I could never thank y'all enough for this. I mean honestly! Over 1,000 views! Also, I need you guy's opinion on something. I'm think of just having Encre speak English and writing it in bold to symbolize that he's speaking in French... I've just been using Google translate to figure out how to say things in French. Sorry that this chapter is shorter than the first chapter... Anyway, I hope y'all enjoyed this chapter.
