The year is 2052 and the Earth is peaceful, there are no wars, weapons or nuclear weapons left to disrupt the peace after World War V which went from 2039 to 2048. After the war ended, the five Leaders of the world got together for a meeting on June 27th 2050 and decided to draw up an agreement in which:
*The Leaders would make sure that all nuclear weapons would be put on a rockets and sent into black holes.
*The Leaders would make sure that if anyone were to make another nuclear weapon they would have to dispose of the weapon safely and properly by themselves, making sure that nothing would happen to the population of the Earth.
*The Leaders would stop any disruptions of the peace.
*The Leaders would be held responsible for any actions not taken to stop the disruptions.
*The Leaders would make sure that weapons were buried deep beneath the surface of the Earth, in a location where no-one would ever accidentally come across them.
So two years after the agreement was written up and two years of living in peaceful harmony, a terrible, terrible darkness fell over the Earth. The sky turned black, the days started to feel like night. No-one thought anything of the darkness because it didn't seem dangerous, that was until they heard a thunderous roar coming from the sky all around them. Then suddenly, fire light up the sky, casting a warm orange glow over the Earth. Out of the fire came a giant beast. His gold scales reflected the fire. Following the silver beast came two smaller beasts both the colour of blood.
Snarling and hissing, the three beasts breathed out fire and each let out echoing cries that shook the people of the Earth to their cores. The population of Earth shook heavily with unbearable fear for their lives. A silent whisper came out of each of their mouths, but was never heard.
"Dragons!"
"Fire Breathers!"
The people knew what those beasts were because of old fairy tales but none of them could have guessed that they were still alive. For they were thought to have been exactly that, fairy tales, stories to keep the children entertained at times. To make the children behave themselves or else the beasts would gobble them up.
These beasts weren't fairy tales, they were actual living things.
The beasts let out another thunderous roar which echoed and was soon followed by more roars that weren't created by them.
The people all stood with their hands over their mouths to try and stop the terrified screams escaping, watching in horror as more beasts, the same size as the blood coloured ones, filled the sky. Each a different colour than the last one.
The Dragons swooped down from the sky and landed gracefully in front of a group of children, who each backed away carefully to their parents.
A large dragon that was bigger than the rest of the dragons landed in front of the rest of the dragons. His gold scales reflecting the fire that was still in the sky which he had created. He let out another roar and then announced "I am King Azurus, I am the King of all Dragons. Who are the Leaders of this World?"
The people quivered in fear and cowered away taking fifteen steps back, no-one dared speak up. All except for one man. That courageous man was one of the Leaders of the World. The courageous man stepped forward.
"I am one of the Leaders."
"What is your name? Where are the other Leaders?"
"My name is Rotuna and the other Leaders are back at Headquarters. Let me go get them."
Azurus let out a mighty roar that shook the Earth, people clung to each other in hopes of not falling to the ground.
"NO!" Azurus shouted, "let them come to us."
Rotuna pulled out his mobile phone and called to the Headquarters, telling the other Leaders to come as fast as they could.
A few hours later, the other Leaders had joined Rotuna and stood before the King of Dragons. Azurus asked "Is this all of them?"
"Yes," replied Rotuna.
Azurus looked at each of the Leaders from head to toe. His green eyes silently judging them. He came to the conclusion that he would take over Earth.
No-one was expecting what happened next. Azurus opened his mouth and hot fire escaped from his large mouth, roasting the Leaders like marshmallows. Multiple gasps could be heard from the crowd watching. Azurus then declared "I am your leader now!"
