Chapter Six "I just wanna take everything from that night back."

"...And in the latest of the Luke Bilyk sex scandal seventeen year old Emily Taylor was arrested this morning for producing and distributing child pornography. No word has came in on when Miss Taylor will appear in court." I saw on the TV when I was sitting in the juvenile detention hall. "Taylor?" The guard came out. "That's me." I gulped as he undid the handcuffs. "You're free to go." He opened the door and I saw my Dad and Jake and ran out and hugged them. "Are you okay?" Jake asked. "No!" A tear fell. "I just wanna take everything from that night back." Jake hugged me. "I know." "Where's mom?" Jake sighed. "That's what we need to talk about." I felt like a truck hit me. My mom was in the hospital cause she tried to overdose. The only other woman in my life who believed that I didn't do anything is now being locked down because some person. Some horrible person thought they could make some money and some fame by filming me having sex with someone.

The Next Day

I saw some nerdy dude watching the video laughing. "HEY!" I shouted as he tried to run. I grabbed him. "It was sent to everyone I swear." "Help me out and I won't kill you. Got it?" He nodded yes as we got into the library and I explained what I wanted him to do.

"So you want me to examine the video too see if I can see who filmed it." The nerds name was Logan. "Exactly that way whoever filmed it sent it." "Its gonna be kinda hard." He said pulling it up. "Why?" He clicked open the video. "Oh my God, please don't make me watch it." "I'm not asking you to watch. Just look at the top of the video." He pointed to a line. "See that line?" I nodded yes. "Who took this video on there phone, has a cracked camera." "How do you know?" "That line." He pulled out his phone where his camera was cracked. "Watch." He hit record. "Say hi." I laughed. "Hi!" I waved laughing. He stopped recording and showed me the video there was a line through the video. "So whoever filmed this has a cracked camera." He was looking at the video paused and zoomed in. "Ugh can we please turn this off." "After you answer this." "Yes I regret it okay!" "I was gonna ask who do you know with a cracked pink iPhone?"

"Are you sure it's a pink iPhone?" He nodded showing me the zoomed in footage he took a picture of. "Oh and by the way I wasn't laughing at you, I was laughing at the fact this dude was an idiot for not fighting for you." I blushed. "Up until earlier I hadn't seen it. I refused to watch it till my friend made me." I hugged him. He hugged back. "Why haven't I gotten to know you, Logan." He shrugged. "My girlfriend probably is the only one who I ever talk too." He smiled. "Thank her for me." I smiled and walked away.

I walked into the cafeteria and saw Breigh and Ashley and the rest of the team in there uniforms. "Sorry this table is for cheerleaders only." Amanda smirked. "Than why is Breigh sitting here cause after what I found out she isn't gonna be a cheerleader much longer. The crowd of students turned around and got quiet. "I just have one question Breigh, why'd you do it?" She folded her arms. "What are you talking about Taylor?" She rolled her eyes and popped her gum. "Where's your phone Breigh?" "Excuse me?" "Your phone." She pulled it out. I grabbed it out of her hand quickly and saw she never fixed it. "You never fixed it did you? When you dropped it at night at the bonfire. Your mom would kill you if she found out that was the third phone you broke in a six month period." "Give me my phone." I went through her videos and found the original video. "Kept it for yourself so you can look at Luke's body? A body you can never touch, a body I gotta touch before you did." She snatched her phone. "Jealously makes people do ugly things, Breigh, but I'm your best friend or at least I thought it was. You ruined my life because Luke wasn't into you!" She snapped as the cop forced her to turn around. "I may have been the one in that video but I didn't make it and I didn't film it. You did." I said as the cop told her what she was getting arrested for and read her her rights.
