✖️ FOLLOW.
A follow isn't required but it would be very helpful. Also, if you are following, it will be easier for us to tag you. Please add this story to your library so you can receive updates and announcements. Also, if you want to follow our individual account, it will be in our bio.

✖️ BE NICE AND BE PATIENT.
I know sometimes your form might not get accepted into a specific group, I can still use it for future groups. If I do not get to your form then I am sorry but all forms are accepted. It's just some may be published late.

✖️ VOTE + COMMENT.
You don't have to spam with comments but a vote and a small comment shows you are alive and active. Also please tell us if you change your username, will be inactive, or going on a hiatus.

✖️ NEATNESS.
Please take your time on your forms. Plus, using bullet points may be easier to read as well as paragraph. We just want you to enjoy making your form and take your time.

✖️ TRAINEES.
You can make a MAXIMUM of 3 trainees, but UNLESS all your 3 trainees have debuted you can make another one. The limit is 5 trainees per account, so if all your 5 trainees have debuted, then you cannot have/make anymore trainees.

✖️ NO MARY SUE.
I don't want your character to be perfect of all perfects. Meaning they can't come from like a hella richass family and have no imperfections. PLEASE NOTE : don't put a 35 year old face claim to a character who is 22. Make the face claim match the persons age.

✖️ PASSWORD.

✖️ Line App.
This is optional but preferred if you have a line account. Please note somewhere in your form your line username. We will have an AESTRID ENT. line groupchat for everyone and in that gc, there may be some announcements that may not be posted here.
