Preparations

Friday rolled in and Lisa is more excited than ever. From first period 'til lunch, all she ever talked about was the party.

" Chaeyoung-ah, I'm so excited. I can't wait to flaunt the dress I bought yesterday." Lisa shared enthusiastically, like a kid with a new toy.

"You bought a dress for the party?!" I was quite surprised. 

"Why are you so surprised Chaeyoung-ah?" Lisa asked.

"Buying a dress for prom or homecoming is understandable, Lisa. But buying a dress just to look pretty for a party, in which may I remind you, will involve drinking and horny teenagers grinding against each other, is something I can't quite comprehend." I tried to explain my thoughts.

" My dear Chaeyoung." Lisa said in an oh-so sweet manner. " I may be known as a very pretty girl in our campus, but if my dress does not convey the same message as my face, how can I be called pretty again?" Lisa asked.

" Ok so in short, you just wanna look pretty?" I asked and rolled my eyes as I see Lisa nod her head vigorously. " Fine whatever you say."

"And don't worry my dear friend. I will make you look as pretty as well." Lisa said.

Now I'm quite worried what she'll do to me. Hope I can survive whatever it may be.

After classes

As classes ended, I was about to head to the parking lot, when Lisa suddenly grabbed my wrist and stopped me.

"Where are you going Chaeyoung-ah?" she asked and looked at me like I was forgetting something.

"Home? To get ready for the party?" 

"No you're not, you're going home with me. I'm not gonna let my best friend wear anything of her clothing." Lisa said

" Hey! what's wrong with my clothes?" I asked, a bit offended. 

"Nothing my dear. But if you wanna look hot for that bunny-boy of yours, then you need my help." Lisa said grinning.

May the odds be ever in my favour. I mentally thought as Lisa dragged me to her car.

The drive to her house was not that long, since she lived only a few blocks from school.

As we arrived at their drive way Lisa suddenly said,

" This party will definitely be the best party ever. Just wait for it Chaeyoung-ah I can already see it. " She said with exaggeration.

I giggled at her enthusiasm and asked "Lisa before we talk about the party, can we get out of your car fist and go to your room?"

" Oh! hahaha I totally got carried away." She said and then started parking her car.

We went out of her car and went straight ahead to her room.

Lisa was rummaging her closet for clothes when the door to her room suddenly opened.

"Nyeong-an!"

"Jisoo- unnie!" I shouted. " Wow, what are you doing here?"

"Jennie and I thought it would be a great idea that we go to the party together." She said

 "Really? then where is Jennie-unnie?" I craned my neck to try and look for Jennie-unnie.

" She'll be here, she just had to run a few errands for her mom. "

" Oh ok."

After a few minutes, Lisa turned around and held-out a very fitting dress towards me.

"You have got to be kidding me." I said as i reached out for the dress she handed me. "Lisa this is gonna be tight and short and I will look-" before I could finish my sentence I was cut short by Jennie-unnie.

" You will look hot Chaeyoung-ah." she said sounding like a proud mother. 

"See Chaeyoung-ah, no need to worry. Even our Fashionista unnie agrees. Oh and by the way, Hi unnie. "

"Hi, sorry I'm late."

"No worries Jennie-ah, Lisa was just done with choosing Chaeyoung's dress."

"So I suppose we all get started with the preparations?" She said as they all smirked at me.

Oh GOD I'm definitely gonna regret this later.
