The camera pans through a dark ancient hallway with no form of life seen except for the fish that swim outside. The camera starts getting closer to a room with light shining from it, on the right side of the hallway. The camera passes by abandoned belongings and bodies litter the floor with blood covering the walls. Noises can be heard from in the room and as the camera starts to near the doorway a splicer is thrown into the wall across the way snapping his neck upon impact. The camera turns into the room to see Tango standing in front of Bell in a defensive stance in order to protect Bell from a huge group of splicers and this battle is taking place in a ballroom. Two thuggish splicers ran at tango, ready to hit him with their melee weapons. Tango stops both of their swings at the same time with his drill. He pushed his drill up causing them to stumble before he grabbed one and slammed it into the other one before he flung the one he was holding into the ground and curb-stomped its head. He turned back to face a few leadhead splicers that started opening fire with their machine guns which he responded with covering his portholes of his helmet. While he was distracted by the leadhead splicers a spider splicer was climbing the walls and jumped onto Tango's back. He started swinging his drill arm around trying to knock off the spider splicer but it was too quick for him to hit it and he was slicing at him while it climbed around his body. The spider splicer got too cocky and he tried ripping off Tango's helmet but it was taking too long and the spider splicer realized that he screwed himself by stopping because the next thing the spider splicer knew was that his foot got grabbed and he was slammed into the ground. The spider splicer tried to get up and move but it was too late as a hand grabbed his head and slammed hit heavily into the ground crushing it. Tango took the body and hurled it at the leadhead splicers while one of them ducked, the other one took the full force of the throw and flew into a wall knocking him out. The remaining leadhead turned to began shooting again at Tango, but instead, he turned to face a drill slam into her stomach and drilled straight through causing her to scream out in agony as the drill continues spinning and Tango starts pulling it up causing it to rip through the leadhead splicer's body and head. Tango kicked the body down to the ground and started lumbering towards the Nitro splicers but he was halted in his place by Houdini splicers appearing and launching fireballs at Tango which slammed straight into his back and when Tango turned around he saw them just as they disappeared in a puff of smoke. Tango followed a trail of smoke that was moving. Tango grabbed a piece of debris and flung it at the smoke which directly hit the two Houdini splicers and pushed them back to the wall before the debris crushed their heads.  The Nitro splicers threw grenades that exploded as soon as it made contact with Tango's back. Tango turned around in fury, just to meet two Molotov cocktails face first. All Bell could do was watch for if she yelled she would be found by the splicers, so all she can do is pray. Tango, who is still on fire, runs and swings at the four Nitro splicers but they move out of the way causing Tango to stumble and slam into a wall cracking it. Tango staggers but eventually turns around but a brute splicer charges into him and slams him into the wall breaking it apart. The brute splicer stood up and picked up a piece of rubble and slams it into Tango multiple times while a few Leadhead splicers show up and start shooting him up. The Brute splicer swings the rubble down but Tango caught in his hand and broke it apart with his drill causing the Brute splicer to stumble and trip over some rubble. Tango launched his drill into one of the Leadhead splicers which caused the other ones to turned and looked at the splicer that was impaled by the drill. When they turned back they saw Tango standing on his feet and there was a line attached to the drill which he yanked the splicer's body over to him and caught it in his hand and slammed it into the Brute splicer, who had just stood back up, knocking it down again. Tango turned and threw the body into the other splicers knocking them down. They scrambled to stand and by the time they did. Tango was already upon them drilling through one of the splicers' weapons destroying it along with the arms before it pierces through the splicer. He grabbed a different splicer's weapon, who was on his right and aiming at Tango, by the barrel and raising it so the bullets wouldn't hit Tango. Tango then crushed the barrel of the weapon causing it to stop functioning before he threw the weapon and splicer over to his left. Tango headbutts the last Leadhead splicer, who is in front of him, before lowering himself while spinning around and impaled his drill into the Brute splicer, who had swung at him but since Tango ducked, the brute splicer missed and a drill was currently impaled through his stomach. In a split second, the Brute splicer was lifted by Tango, who was using the Brute splicer's momentum to lift him and slammed onto the Leadhead splicer, who Tango had headbutted, before spinning up his drill and shredded both the Brute and leadhead splicers' intestines. Tango pulled out his drill after a few seconds of drilling and it was dripping with blood and bits of guts was stuck on it, he turned and started walking back towards the hole and the leadhead he threw over him stood up and was holding his head but not long before tango slammed his fist into the splicer's face with enough force to push the splicer back against the wall that was behind him and cracked open his skull, as well as the wall, and the splicer's body slumped to the ground dead as Tango reached the hole and was climbing through it. Tango saw a couple of Thuggish splicers pulling Bell out from her hiding spot.
