I walked out of the flat with Rye following me. We made our way to the park and I sat down on the grass. Rye looked concerned. He said "Cyd, babe, you look really nervous. Mikey said you needed to talk to me about something serious, is everything alright?"
"Rye, please don't hate me..." I said my voice trembling
"Cyd how could I ever hate you! Just tell me what you needed to say!" He replied
"I-I think I like you Rye, like I like like you.." I said looking down playing with the grass between my fingers. He didn't say anything... instead he softly placed his lips upon mine and passionately kissed me. Then under his breath he whispered "Cydney, i like like you too. I have done our whole friendship"
I couldn't believe it... after all these years of hiding my feelings for him, I've found out he's felt the same the whole time!
