I waltzed into the Hermes cabin and confronted Connor. He saw me and his eyes lit up.

"Delilah! What are you doing here?" He asked, jumping up and walking over to me.

"Hmm I seem to recall that my favorite book is missing." I said placing my hand on my hip.

He smiled sheepishly. "Here it is." He pulled it out from behind his back.

I took the book and grinned, dropping the scolding attitude. "I wonder how it got here?"

"How strange." He said, grinning stupidly.

I spun on my heel and began to walk out of the cabin.

"Delilah wait!" Connor called.

I turned around. "Yes?"

"Uh, a whole bunch of us are going to the lake tomorrow, um do you maybe wanna come?"

"S-sure!" I said nervously. Was Connor asking me out on a date?

"Cool. I'll pick you up at your cabin at 3 tomorrow," He grinned. "Wear a swimsuit."

I blushed. "Right. See you then!" I walked confidently out of the cabin, but on the inside I was practically melting. Connor Stoll just asked me out on a date!

(Connor's POV)

As Delilah walked out of the cabin, I mentally jumped for joy. I just subtly asked her out and she said yes!

"How'd it go with Delilah?" Travis asked.

"Good. She said yes." I replied casually.

"Nice bro!" Travis said giving me a high five.

"Gosh she's so pretty." I said, mostly to myself. Travis could tell I was lost deep in thought so he walked away.

Delilah was an Athena camper so she had the standard blond hair and stormy gray eyes. Her long blond hair was waist length and her piercing gray eyes left me breathless everytime I saw them.

Ever since she came to camp I liked her. I pranked her and stole her stuff to get her attention. Most of the time it gained me small 5 minute conversations. I had never worked up the nerve to ask her out, until now. I couldn't wait till tomorrow.

(Delilah's POV)

"So he basically asked you out?" Annabeth asked.

"Well I guess." I said, pulling my bikini out of my trunk and laying it on the foot of my bed for tomorrow.

"Eek! Okay we're taking you over to the Aphrodite cabin right now!" Annabeth said, dragging me out of the cabin.

I groaned. Annabeth may be my favorite sibling but she had some crazy ideas.

Annabeth knocked on the door of the Aphrodite cabin. Piper answered.

"Hey guys! What do you need?" She asked

"Delilah has a date with Connor tomorrow." Annabeth giggled.

"Ooh! Come in! I'll round up my crew!" Piper squealed.

Piper ushered us in the cabin. I stepped inside hesitantly.

"Lacy, Jessica, Arya, Lauryn! Swimming makeover!" Piper called.

The four girls scrambled over, loaded with supplies.

"Delilah sit here." Piper commanded. I sat obediently.

After much primping, I was finally done. My long blond hair had been pulled back into a side braid. My gray eyes were highlighted with white eye shadow and black mascara. My cheeks lit up with pink blush. I wore a purple flower print sundress and strappy sandals.

I was ready for this date.
