So I wrote this story because I was tired of Tratie getting all the attention and Connor kind if being forgotten. Tell me how you guys like it!

(Delilah's POV)

The next day, I recreated the look the Aphrodite girls gave me, minus the makeup since we were going swimming. Under my sundress was my bikini and my long braid rested on my shoulder. I paced the cabin waiting for Connor to arrive.

"Chill out dude!" Annabeth said. It turned out that Annabeth and Percy were also going, along with most of the seven and a few others.

"I'm just a little nervous." I replied, sitting at the foot of Annabeth's bed.

"Well duh," She replied sitting up. "It's your first date. Don't worry. I'll be there too."

I took a deep breath and smiled. "You're right."

(Connor's POV)

I walked with Percy to the Athena cabin. Travis was already at the lake and me and Percy were headed to pick up Annabeth and Delilah.

Delilah. Just thinking about her made me nervous. I really hoped I didn't screw this date up.

"You okay man?" Percy asked, looking pointedly at my fingers, which were moving and tapping wildly.

"Just a little nervous." I replied.

Percy grinned. "Don't worry man. She's totally into you."

I nodded. "Right. Right."

We approached the Athena cabin and Percy knocked on the door. Annabeth answered, with Delilah right behind her.

I gasped inwardly. Delilah looked gorgeous. The setting sun made her white blond hair shine, and the small breeze made the skirt of her sundress billow. She caught me looking and smiled. I blushed and smiled back.

"Hey!" She said, walking over to me.

"Hi." I said stupidly.

She smiled. "Ready to go swimming?"

I nodded. "It'll be fun."

Percy winked at me as he and Annabeth began to walk ahead of us. Annabeth waggled her eyebrows at Delilah and she blushed.

"You know, I've only been swimming in the Camp Half Blood lake once." She said.

"Really?" I asked incredulously.

She nodded. "I was always afraid of the nymphs." I noticed her shaking hands. Without thinking, I reached out and took it. She looked at our interlocked fingers and then at me. I grinned and she smiled back shyly.

It was going good so far.
