"Baby I'm gonna go get us some smoothies , I'll be right back" jack says while kissing my cheek softly
"Alright babe"
I sit down as he walks away, I start scrolling through my phone on Instagram. Everyone has moved on with their lives now.
They forgot about jack and I completely.
That's what we wanted.
I get up to go throw away my gum rapper and I soon felt myself slip
As I was about to face first into the floor someone grasped my waist
I quickly got up and started fixing myself "thank yo-" i stopped myself as soon as I saw who it was .
Jack
"That'll be $10" the man says with a smile
I hand him the ten dollars and start to walk away
"Have a good day sir."
As im walking back I see some guy with his hands around Lisa
She had quickly gotten up to look at him and she seemed shocked.
I quickly walk up to her
"What happened ?"
I ask while looking at her
"I slipped and almost fell but .. he ..he caught me." she says
I nod my head and look at the guy "thank you." I say
"My pleasure" he grins slightly while walking away
"Who was that Lisa." I ask
"Doesn't matter .."
"Lisa."
"Jack."
"I asked who that was"
"And I said it doesn't matter !" She yelled then stormed out to the elevator.
Talk about mood swings. Damn.
