Matt's P.O.V.

The Uber arrives at my house and I lift Jess out the back seat and bring her in my house. I climb the steps and go to my room where I lay her down and cover her with a sheet. I turn the lights off and walk out the room and check the time its only 9:15 pm, I go down to my living room and watch some Netflix till about 2:30 when I heard my door. I was honestly thinking who the hell is at my door this early in the morning. I jogged over to the door and when I open it its my best friend Carter, yes the same Carter who cheated on Jess with her slutty sister. 

I let I'm in he seemed out of breath so I asked "why are you here it's like 2 o'clock in the morning" as he caught his breath he started to say " Matt! have you ..... seen... Jessica?" In my head I wondered if I should tell him she was upstairs but a strong part of me wanted to say 'haven't seen her' but because he was my best friend, after all, I said "she is upstairs in my bed" Carter's eyes flushed with sadness before he blurted "what kind of best friend are you? you take my girl and sleep with her" honestly I was hurt he would think that and I wanted to strike back with 'I'm not you' but I restrained and simply said " bro I met her at the  bar and she was wasted so she is sleep I would never do that to you". As we sat and talked I finally asked him why he cheated on Jess.

Jessica's P.O.V.

I woke up in an unfamiliar place, I got in and walked out the door and started down the stairs I stopped when I heard the voice I fell in love with 11 months ago it was Carter. So being me I listened in on the conversation. "Why did you cheat on Jess" Matt blurted out as if he was holding it in for a long time but honestly I wanted to know so I kept listening what Carter said next really took me by surprise."Jamie went down on me and I tried to stop her but it felt really good" he paused  "bro her sister seduced me so technically its not my fault" I turned back up the stairs went back to the room grabbed my stuff and I bolted down the stairs and out of Matt's house. I ran a few blocks just in case and called an Uber.

When I got home I went to my sister's room and just started screaming which led to yelling which ended with me slamming her door storming off to my room and crying. I look at my phone as it starts buzzing unbelievably its Matthew and Carter ignore it as i begin to scroll through Twitter and go to sleep.
