Chapter 6

Train stop-Hermione's Pov.

To say the least, I was not excited for the following year. Enough girls make fun of me for being smart, Ron does sometimes too. Now I have to show around a blonde around Hogwarts. I am currently reading a potions book while Harry laughs while trying to get Ron to cough out one of the Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans that he's choking on. Boys. I know dumbledor had told someone else from Gryffindor to bring the students, I just couldn't remember who. After many students passed us I she Neville with three unfamiliar students. I assume these were the student that we were showing around before the feast.

When I got a closer look at the only person who had blonde hair, my worries increased. Not only was she blonde, but she was tall, tan skin, sliver eyes, and overall a good-looking body. Great now she's also going make boys not notice me either. Why me?

Neville: Hi guys

Harry: Hey Neville

Ron and I wave

Ron: Are these the new guys

Neville: Yeah, this is Percy(points), Nico( looks at him), and Annabeth(he just smiles)

Neville: (turns to the others) And this is Hermione Granger, Ron Wesley, and Harry Potter

I could hear Harry hold his breath waiting for them to gasp in shock from meeting 'The Harry Potter' but nothing happened. They looked confused as why we looked so tense. They don't know who he is.

Ron: Who don't know who he is?

Percy: No

Hermione: He's Harry Potter, the boy who-

Harry: NO!

We all just stared at him I'm shock

Harry: I mean, well now you know me.(I'm running out of good jokes)

We get out stuff and head towards the carriages. As Ron opens the door, one of Malfoy's goons push him out of the way. Luckily, Nico catches him before he hits the ground. Harry and I rush to his sides.

Harry: WHAT THE HELL, MALFOY!?!

Draco: Oh, toughen up, Potter

Hermione:(whispers) Are you okay Ron?

Ron nods.

Harry: What do you bloody mean 'toughen up'. You wouldn't be anything without your minions, you Death-eater.

Draco: Well at least I'm not a killer.

I grab Harry's arm when I see him pull out his wand. I hoped that the new students would know about that on the first day.

Draco: Aw, are you going to go crying to mommy. (Crabbe and Goyle laugh in the background) Oh right, you don't have one.

Although I was busy trying to hold Harry back from killing Malfoy, I couldn't help but notice that Nico winced at what Draco said. I also noticed how Draco looked sympathetic towards Nico, even though they didn't even know each other, weird. Before I could get a better look, Draco shook his head and laughed at harry.

Draco: Once a murderer, always a murderer

They climbed into the carriage and drove off. When we let go of Harry we noticed that Neville and the others were also gone.

Ron: Where did they go?

Then a carriage speed past us with on Neville and three American students.
