Prologue

Prologue:

My name is Rosario, but everyone calls me Chayo. I live in a rural town named Saint Armani, which was run by different gangs. Of course all of them wanted to be the only ones ruling the town, so there were always gang fights, drive-by's, etc. I had an abusive father, and my mother kept taking him back. Until one day he left, and she went looking for him. She never came back after that. So it was just my big brother Marcos, my little sister Jessie, and me. We promised to always look after eachother and stay together. My best friend, Soledad (Sol), that I met in highschool forced me to go to a party. Little did I know that I was going to meet the guy I think I love, named Antonio (Tony). The only problem is that he is the brother of Xavier. Xavier is a part of a gang that my brother Marcos detests. So what am I going to do? Should I fight for the love I think I feel with Tony? Or should I forget about Tony, and find love somewhere else?
