Vampiric Criminal (Angst, Some Fluff, Deaths)

(A/n) this is an au mix of a vampire, older!dipper, and human!bill au. Hope you enjoy!

Dipper walked out of the college, eyes darting around warily. There had been a rising number of mysterious murders recently, but no one knew who or what was killing the innocent passerby.

Except, Dipper knew all too well who was responsible for the slaughters.

It was a vampire.

Contrary to popular belief, Vampires aren't sparkly. They also don't burn to death when in contact with sunlight, really the worst thing that could happen is a sunburn a little more intense than a normal human. Their fangs are also able to hide away in their gums, and normal teeth appear in their place. Think of it as losing baby teeth but new, adult teeth grow in. It's kinda like that, but the fangs are the baby teeth and they just swap out with the normal teeth. They also can't turn into bats. The only reason that myth exists is the dude vampires were "based off of" unleashed a flock of rabid bats into the opposing army, killing them from rabies.

Dipper's eyes narrowed as he snapped out of his thought process and saw a man separating from his friends. It was already getting dark, and despite his friends concerned pleads for him to chill with them a little longer, he left the only protection he had.

This was Dipper's time to strike.

The man was a normal looking man, with black hair, glasses, and a green turtleneck tee. The guy was busily tapping away on his phone, eyes separating from the reality around him and gluing themselves to the small glowing fantasy land. He had noticeably let his guard down, much to Dipper's joy.

Dipper let himself ease into the shadows, stalking the man through the poorly-lit sidewalk. He quietly crept closer and closer to the man, until the guy was in front of an alleyway.

Dipper pounced, shoving the man into the alley. The man, shocked, stayed still as he looked at Dipper's face.

"I-i-ts you? YOU'RE the person behind the murders?" the man said, letting out a gasp.

"Aren't you the top in the school? Why are you doing this?"

The man went pale.

Dipper smirked as he let his fangs slowly show, purring as the teeth smoothly slid from his gums.

Dipper covered the man's mouth with his hand so he couldn't scream, and fiercely bit down on his neck, shattering the artery. Dipper's stomach growled at the sight of all the blood gushing out of the stranger's neck, and without a second thought he dug in.

Dipper, satisfied with his meal, left the already cold body in the alley.

Bill shot a glance at the news overtaking the screen and cursed.

*BREAKING NEWS! Another body found near Gravity falls College. Police are furiously scouring the land for the killer, who now was killed 14 people this year alone. In other news, Science extraordinaire Dipper Pines discovers a new species of mammal. This little guy resembles a puppy, but when severely angered it seems to double in size and spew an acidic substance from its mouth. More on this discovery later on Channel 66 news. *

Bill's job was to control the vampires. He worked at Nightmare Realm, which despite the name was a very friendly place. They were an organization of Paranormal cops, who basically made sure vampires, werewolves, unicorns, etc weren't killing anyone.

Except this vampire was breaking all the rules.

The vampires had to follow a simple set of rules. The first one is to never reveal his or her true heritage. This basically meant don't show anyone that you're a vampire, or that they exist in the first place.
