Chapter Nine

CHAPTER NINE:

"The Deal"

Ivy's P.O.V:

I woke up with a my forehead feeling like it was being pounded by a hammer.  I realized I was tied up to a chair but the rope wasn't too tight. i tried to get my hands free, but it didn't work, I tried again and it slid through but it hurt my hands.  Then I heard footsteps coming in, I put my hands back loosely into the rope.

"Sleeping Beauty finally woke up- you're mine now." said the deep, husky voice. I looked up and saw the guy from the dinner occasion a few weeks ago.

"It's you." I said quietly.

"It is me! You belong to me, I don't think you want to be stuck with that monster." he whispered in my ear. "You're free from that,demon.  Isn't that what you wanted?" said John.  My blood started to boil.

"Jason isn't a demon!" I shouted. "I am Jason's and NOT yours!"

 "Still feisty? I still like it." said Matthew and winked at me.

"Let me go!" I said.

"No can do sweetie." he replied.

 I groaned. "Please! What will it take to let me go?" I said.

"For you to stay with me and leave Jason." said Matthew.

"No." I said.

"Then I guess you're out of luck princess." he said and kissed my forehead. "DON'T TOUCH ME!" I shouted.

Matthew smirked and left the room.  I got my hands out of the rope and untied my feet.  I looked at the locked window and found a baseball bat. 

Stupid ass.  I took the bat and hit the window as hard as I could and quickly climbed through the window. I was in the basement so I had to climb up.  Dammit this is harder than it looks.  I jumped up and got up.  I was about to run until I felt someone grab my ankles.  I kicked the hand off and continued to run.  But then I got pinned to a tree.

"Listen here, if you want to stay I alive, I suggest that you stay with me!" he spat.

"Fine, under one condition." I said.

"What?" he spat again.

"Let me call Jason." I said.  I looked into his eyes and I saw anger and frustration in them.

 "I refuse." he said.

"Fine, then I'm not going to be with you." I said and kicked him where the "sun does not shine" and ran off. 

Jason's P.O.V:

I came home from dealing with some business with a rival gang.  I left Ivy at home because I thought she wouldn't wake up or go anywhere.  I went upstairs and opened the door. I looked on the bed expected Ivy to be there- but she wasn't. "Ivy?" I said. I walked out of the room. "IVY?" I shouted.  No,no,no don't tell me she ran off- or got captured and taken away from me.

"JASON!" shouted Isabelle.

"I'm coming!" I replied and ran downstairs. I looked at Isabelle and she looked scared I looked at the front door and saw that the window on it was shattered.

"No." I said.

"Is Ivy here?" she asked.

"No." I replied quietly. We heard the rest of the gang walk in.

"What the hell happened?" asked Luke.

"Ivy, she's missing." I said.

"My little sister is missing!" shouted Luke.  I dropped onto my knees and put my head in my hands.   

I need to find out what happened to Ivy....

Ivy's P.O.V:

"Let.Me.Call.Jason." I said.

"Fine." mumbled Matthew. "Here." he said and chucked the phone at me. I dialed Jason's number and called him. Please pick up.

"What the hell do you want Matthew?" said Jason with a raspy voice which sounded sad and hurt.

"Jason- it's me." I said.

"Ivy?" said Jason.

"Yes, Jason it's me,I'm here with Ma-" then Matthew took the phone away from me.

"You're little girlfriend won't be here for long.  Sooner or later she's gonna have to be- killed." said Matthew with a smirk. "Here's the deal McCann, I take your bitch and you live, or you save her and you die, your choice." he continued.

"NO!" I shouted.

"Shut up you little slut." hissed Matthew and kicked me. I whimpered loudly. I cried in pain.  I want Jason to live,I would sacrifice myself for him to live. I would do anything.

Jason's P.O.V:

"NO!" said Ivy shouting.  It literally broke my heart knowing that she's taken away from me- my protection.

"Shut up you little slut." I heard Matthew and I heard him kick something, then I heard Ivy whimper and cry.

"HEY DON'T HURT HER!" I shouted.

"McCann, this is only the beginning." he said and hung up.  I put my phone down on the coffee table and everyone looked at me.

"What are we gonna do?" asked Damian.

"We'll have to go save her." I said.

"But Jason-you'll die." said Isabelle.

"I'd die for Ivy any day! I'd die for the one I love the most, she means everything to me. " I said and put my head down.

"We can tell you love her." said Damian.

"She loves you back." said Isabelle quietly.

"When should we start our search?" asked Luke. "Now." I said grabbing my leather jacket and car keys.

I will kill Matthew if it's the last thing I do...
