So they're white pigment foxes. They're dead kids (surprise) and the reason they have color in their fur is cuz they carry on the anger of dying in a non peaceful way and bring that anger with them when they reincarnate as a fox. They all have different abilities and have the power to manipulate stuff.

This is Chi-Chi. She's a white fox, which is a white pigment fox but learned to accept their death. She lost her kid and became depressed until she saw a shooting star and got hope to find her kid again.
