The Angel That Finally Gets her Wings

Chapter 8

So we keep walking for like ten minutes or so and then that's when Alex screamed and started running to a library. "This is it, this is the library." She yelled. I cought up with her. " Okay, okay keep your voice down and don't scream." I said. " Okay sorry it's been a long time since I seen this library. To the living people it's a regular library but to us it's a castle library!" Alex said in a low whisper.

So I started walking in side the door. As soon as I opened the door it was amazing. I know I say this a lot but hey angels do build and make beutiful things though.

Alex steps in and I can tell that she is excited for this moment. "Go on ahead" She tells me. " Umm okay then" i said.

I step in and I do exactly what the book said to do. I went on one knee and I said I am here to get my wings. I showed my madels.

"Well then you have earned wings now" a voice boomed. " wait don't I have to go on a qeust or something!" I said. "What no you already have to get here that was your qeust and you have showed." Said the voice. Then a light glowed from my back and it got brighter and brighter. Then I felt them on my back. Alex brought me 4 mirrors and put my in a big mirror box and my wings are huge they are big. They have a little purple and blue shaded on them " well do you like or not" said the voice. " I don't like them I love them" I beamed. "Take a go then" said Alex. "But I don't know how to use them."I said. "It takes practice." Alex said.

I am so confused." What the about the qeust and stuff?"I said. "O those the qeust was for you to come here. Your qeust started as soon as you opened the book and as long as the book is still open then you are able to continue your qeust but if it closes your qeust ends." Said the voice.

WELL! Ok then " so are we just going to stand here and never get back to our world then" I said. " Umm sure let's go then." Said Alex. " thank you for the wings." I said to the voice that is somewhere.

So I grabbed Alexs hand we flow off up in the air to the clouds. We are also on time because we have left any time letter we would have gotten spotted from the living people. So when we finally got back up to the clouds Alex started talking about how she can help me learn to fly and I can surprise everyone with my wings.

All of that did sound nice. We started to set up camp when it started getting sunset. I set up the tents and Alex made little fairy light just flowting in the air. "So then let's get started than shall we." Said alex. "Ok, then" I said.

*I am now not going to use quotations because alex is going to talk a lot.- authors not*

" so first relax and think deep and feel like you want to fly and feel like the wind brushing through and past you. So then when you actually start flying you already have it in mind and then all you have to do is just jump and your wings are glapping, okay. Now give it try." Said alex. " Okay then" i said. So I did as she told me to do and I jumped and I landed....on my stomach.

Okay so probably after like what 50 million trys  I finally did it and then Alex came up and said let's go now, but of course I only knew how to start making my wings flap not move all around the place......yet.  it's easy she said, I can do it she said, but no I have to, to be able to get home easier she said. I sighed and of course the thing I had to do is lean and when I leaned I also dropped. I got back up again and went straight back up in the air. U leaned again I dropped again I went back again, I leaned again, I dropped again. Know after really like 50 time up and lean and down I finally was able to move to left to right to farword to backwards. So we both went back down to the ground and we both decided that we should head back in the morning. So we got rested up and I got up to the noise of Alex screaming to wake me up.

WHAT'S WRONG I screamed and alex of course said o nothing I was just waking you up because it was time to go home. I missed home and my little house in the tree. Not because I only knew about it and it was peaceful and quite but because I was able to do whatever I want do whatever i want and when ever I wanted to. Alex screamed that we are a mile from the east gate. I yelled back an okay. As we finally reached the gate we both landed hers was soft and eligent but mine was pretty rough landing on my butt, but I was fine though. I stood up we looked at each other she said are you ready for this because it's going to be a pretty big deal as soon as everybody sees you. Alex said to me. Yes I am going to be.

*Sorry that I haven't updated in awhile I got so caught up and I had family things and I was also bussy reading fanfics I love fanfics. But I finally got this chapter done. Of you guys want to have a second book plz comment and vote to let me know okay. Bye yall.*
