rolling off her mess of a bed, hyemin groaned before digging around in the pile of clothes that was in the corner of her half of the room. "it's wearable," she deemed as she messiliy pulled the grey hoodie over her head. after sniffing it to make sure it didn't stink of course. not bothering to even brush her hair, the girl swiped her keys up from her desk and headed towards dorm room #507. but before hyemin could even make it into the corridor, her snake of a dormmate stormed in, looking as if someone spat gum in her perfect hair.

"where are you going?" jura spat.

hyemin rolled her eyes quickly before turning around to face the fuming teenager.

"i'm going to hang out with a friend." she replied with a digustingly sweet tone and a fake smile to match.

"wow, that's nice. so, i have a party to attend tonight." the bubble-gum haired girl stated as she dug through her wardrobe, looking for a suitable dress "but jaehyun broke up with me so now i have to find a last minute date"

"and that concerns me because?"

"so be a dear and make up an excuse for me when the dean comes checking the dorms, alright?" hyemin's eyes narrowed as jura's mood changes drastically after reading a text.

"taeyong's agreed to be my date for the night!" jura squealed, dropping the clothes she had in her grasp in order to text him back.

"lee taeyong? that college student? isn't he way older?"

"age is just a number honey"

"right..." hyemin's eyes shifted to the door. "so can i leave now or-"

"yeah, yeah. leave" jura shooed, her gaze not leaving her phone.

hyemin rolled her eyes for what seemed like the nth time in the last ten minutes and stepped out into the hallway. taking a deep breath and then letting it out, she mumbled, "i regret not writing down "need to have saerin" in the dorm requirements form"

"NA JAEMIN YOU LITTLE SHIT"

jaemin didn't mean for donghyuck to think he was some muderer, he swears so. the door was unlocked and he wanted to "borrow" a couple of mark's pens so he planned to just slip in, grab his hyung's stationery and leave. finding a shaking donghyuck hiding under his desk wasn't part of it but it was certainly amusing. for ten seconds.

"look, i didn't mean to scare you, i just wanted to-"

the poor boy didn't get to finish his sentance before donghyuck started to charge towards him. his instincts kicking in, jaemin ran out of the dorm, away from donghyuck, who was fuming with embarrassment.

flying down the hallway then turning a corner, the runaway's shoulder accidentally bumped onto a girl who was dressed in a grey hoodie.

"oh my god, are you ok? i'm so, so sorry." jaemin apologized,
halting his steps for a moment before a familiar voice echoed through the hallway.

"DAMMIT YOU'RE MAKING ME EXERCISE. I'M ACTUALLY GOING TO END YOU."

sending another quick apology the girl's way, jaemin once again, took off. the young girl stared at his retreating back in confusion before a gust of wind blew past her. without even needing to turn her head, she saw another male sprinting after the boy that had bumped into her eariler.

shaking her head she mumbled, "man, what's with all these weirdos today. first some strange call then this? i knew i should've applied for another school."
